Thanks! I don’t use software to create my templates they are all hand drawn on poster board. After they are drawn out I just scan them into my photoshop to trace them for the PDFs you all use.
The pieces are modular and can be extended to fit a varitey of bodies. This armor is setup for people pretty close to 5'8" - 6' just like the original armor in the movie. But you can change the hieght and width of the templaate pieces to fit you

Hi master, i am buying all the components i need and i have some problems with the straps and parachute clips, you say 1'2 inch nylon strap but the clips you use in the video looks biggers than 1,5" i buyed them and are smallest than the space in the template, pleasse, can you say me the sice of the parachute clips you used in the video?
I am at the lamp hooks and the other pvc board doodads on the back. Did you mean to link to 6mm board? Cause. It is super thick, like a candy dippin stick for part L. Should it have been 3mm or 1/8 inch thickness??

These armor templates are awesome but im breaking my neck trying to find templates for the smartgunner chestpiece. Has anyone tried it? Im trying to wing it but the sides are making by brain bleed. :)
the problem with the smart gunner is most of the armor is the support rig with just a few pieces added to the chest. so until you have a rig to support the gun you won't know exactly how much more you need to add

@SKSProps I was having fun the whole time until I tried making the pvc board clips. I work with pvc board all the time and I'm having such a hard time bending these. How are you not burning your fingers while heating up the piece? I made two already and they look like a blind person made them. I was working outside and the temp dropped down to the 40s. Maybe the pvc was too cold? I was so lost in making this I didn't even realize how cold it was.

That’s why I prefer to make long content videos vs TikTok or reels you can easily pause and rewatch to build at your own speed 👍
