    hey bro i watched a few of ur videos on this same topic, the thing is im 5ft8 and i used to weigh 103kg this time last year im down to 65kg my lowest was 60kg but i was and still am skinny fat and even more unhappy with the way i look , i have some loose skin and not much muscle at all because i neglected my nutrion and gave up on the gym after 4 months when i first started and stuck to walking and a big deficit, could you give some advice on how to stay motivated when building muscle because i would like to cut down to maybe 55kg but build some muscle at the same time but i find it so hard to stay motivated now

      Hey mate! I appreciate your comment. Getting down to 65kg is amazing pal! Well done.
      My best advice would be to have a simple weight training plan that you can stick to. Track it & increase the weight & or reps over time. There will need to be some form of improvement to ensure that your body changes over time.
      Motivation will come & go, so you gotta build momentum & discipline to show up even when you don’t feel like it.
