The weather is always changing. In fact the hurricane center said that over the last half century, there has been a decline in hurricanes. Try explaining that to a climate change cult member
They have, but not of this magnitude. I remember hurricane Andrew in the 90's that decimated south FL because of the poor housing codes. That hurricane was at best a category 2. This hurricane was almost category 5. I was in Florida when we had 3 hurricanes go through the central part of the state. That was almost 10 years ago. There were a few tornadoes, recked mobile homes, but no flooding like this. Trees fell because the ground was saturated with water. When hurricane Matthew hit on the north atlantic side of the state I saw the water damage and flooding that occured in St. Augustine. Million dollar homes suddenly up for sale or people spending money to elevate the property in the hopes it can save the house with the next event. Historic parts of St. Augustine flood now with high tide. If it isn't climate change then what is it?
And because of climate change they're getting bigger and stronger.
