It’s been a couple months now. I think this is the best of KD series. I listen to this, Magic and my favorite tracks off KD2 in a shuffle. Right now my favorite joint is WTF SMH and it was originally number 5 on my top 5 songs off KD3.

I swear I saw your reaction to the second half of Michael and Quincy and it reminded me of losing it the same way when I heard it that night. That is THE beat switch of 2022 for me. Also Nas was in a whole different galaxy with some of those rhymes.

I think Thun might be the most perfectly constructed rap song i’ve ever heard, from production all the way through to the construction, flow, context, depth and finally, delivery.
KD3 was the best out of the KD Trilogy! If Magic would've been longer I would've ranked Magic higher than all KD albums. For me, KD3 is top 5 NAS album of all time so far. And I think KD3 shouldve been album of the year.

Nas is one of the few artists who has had 3 prime peaks in his career. His illmatic peak from 94-97. His stillmatic peak from 2001-2004. And now is KD peak from 2020-2022

Pete Rock's issue shouldn't have never been with blaming Nas . Pete's beef is with Nas' former label and Pete's own lawyer then for not making sure the business was correct . Nas was just the 19 yr. old new artist, not a record exec .

I believe he made all four of these albums at the same time and put them together in the order he thought was the best. I haven't felt music like this in awhile. Was listening to CZARFACE before Nas dropped these 4 classics.
