- This one I love but OMG what heartbreak when DEMOULDING it I snapped TWO tentacles off!
I used metallic powders and a chameleon powder on this piece then backed it in black.

This is what we call a labour of love… You couldn’t sell it for the price needed, to cover the time we put in to hand paint the mould!! Now… back to watch the rest of the video!

Despite all that, he turned out amazingly well… all the time in hand colouring paid off!!

All my family went to Hervey Bay last year and I was going to swim with the whales, but I was the only one who wanted to do it and we ran out of time!! 😞 And please post some videos of your holiday!! 🙏

Maybe use regular epoxy resin and demold when still slightly flexible.. it looks gorgeous, though! 🐙
