If you've played FFXIV you'd know how easily people follow the mob. Get at least 3 people on the same mount and everyone will start doing the same in a line. It's super common actually. It's not too hard honestly, there's only so many servers and visiting another one is free. Since she started as an Archer, she would be starting in Gridania so all you'd really have to do is find the character we watched her make standing in roughly her current position on stream and say "that's her". The difference lies in what you do with that knowledge, and these IRyStocrats made the correct choice to be a fun spectacle for her to find and then respectfully not mess up her experience by being annoying. It's a nice little nod that you see her and you're glad she's there. As for organizing, it could have been an FC or a Party Finder group. That said, I will emphasize that if someone sees this, plays the game and does see her, maintain the respect shown and let her have fun without being harassed.

unfortunately as a streamer it's going to happen no matter what, which is why I appreciate that even if people followed her around, they tried their best to stay out of her way to the point of scattering whenever the camera pointed at them or hopping on their mounts to get into the air out of sight. and there were cute moments like this, celebrating her little milestones with cheering and fireworks
It's just you, I think people literally in a streamers face need to go make friends but these people were fine, they were a distanc away and just chilling.
I'd agree if they continued to follow her everywhere and everytime she played. If they're constantly on her screen and if she never gets moments to herself it would definitely be irritating to me as a viewer and no doubt to her as well. However waiting outside to greet her, especially on her very first stream of the game, is fine and should in fact enhance everyone's experience. Side note though the dude throwing her heals was a tad annoying. If she's legit running away in danger of death it's one thing, but topping up her health and drawing aggro from her is more disruptive than useful. It's somewhat fortunate she didn't realize it was happening. However random passerby players can do that as well so it's hard to get too mad about it.
