I wear Merlet Diva D hard or medium shank.... Dance Moms yay yay I need tips on right leg because my left leg are stronger then my right, omg i tried 3 exercise and it's really good i felt the difference

Please help! I started ballet 🩰 a few weeks ago and in class we often have to count to 4 or 8. So it’s :1 and 2 and 3 and 4! And also: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7 and 8! But which time signature is this?? I’m really frustrated over this 😢. Because I don’t know? Is it maybe 4/4 and 8/8?
It is 90% of the time 4/4, and numbers mean beats. All dancers usually count to 8, as phrase is often two bars long.

I wear bloch heritage strong for shows or gaynor mindens for class as I kill shoes.
I wear Bloch Heritage for class... I'm not on pointe for a super long time each week, though!
I wish I could only wear my blochs but they only last a weekish about 5 hours on pointe.
