This is what i needed, I've never had an issue with Sony to this day and i was considering the q45 but after learning about multipoint connect I am definitely going for the Sony to listen to my phone and gaming comsole at the same time.
@@GYMCADDY Among these, Sennheiser would be my choice. I tried the Sony XM5 in a store once and didn't like the audio at all, so not a fan of their tuning. Sound quality is more important for me so that's what I'll prioritize. Although, JBL Live 660NC are looking like a good option as well.
Hi there! I have a question. I’m autistic, and I have sensory processing issues, which includes issues with auditory sensitivity. Ive tried using a pair of non-electronic ear defenders, but I felt as if they sometimes blocked out too much noise. So, I’m looking into getting a pair of electronic headphones with adaptive/adjustable noise cancellation, so I can control how much noise is blocked out. I’m literally down to these two pairs, as they are the most budget friendly, while also having the best ratings. My question is, if I am planning on using these primarily for the adjustable noise cancellation feature, which one would you say is better?
The Soundcore Q45 for me. I've tried a bunch including 2 of the ones in this review. The Q45 is awesome. Great battery, sound, fast charging. And they look premium.
Want more bass and best sound quality out of Skullcandy use it with aux and power ON the hesh ANC!! Then compare the sound quality (its a hidden feature i guess there is no mention of this anywhere)😉
Initially, I was not too fond of the Q45, but the more you use them the warmer the sound becomes, and having a very comfortable fit for my head and big ears, I often use them. Also love you they switch flawlessly between my iPhone and computer. Transparency mode on Q45 is to forget about, however latest updates on the app have better EQ settings and the touch buttons are a very nice feature.
even though ANC where my priority and doesn't seem like the 720N have a powerful one, you convinced me with the comfort level, I would like to wear these to study and I wish to be as much comfortable as possible, I tried those on the store here and they do seem really light compared to the q30
I got the 720 as a gift for someone last Christmas and I tried them and liked them ... A month ago, Costco had the Q45 on sale for us$69.99, had them for a week because they made a clicking noise whenever I move my head a certain way, as if something was loose, took them back and I will wait for holiday offers to get the Sony
Remember that RUclips is the most compressed format going!!! The Space Q45 but sound quality is opinionated, watch a dosen such vids plus online reviews and you can hear and see the difference’s when you buy a few products test and send the ones you don’t like back! I own Q45, I noticed when you use iphone the sound changes. It becomes less punchy in base. But When I use android, it sounds perfect and has stronger base. It can actually compete with my Airpod Max.
I got AirPods Pro max on the weekend, I went to John Lewis (uk big apartment store) they had almost every headphone in there. I tried Bose, Sony, b&o and b&w. Tbh I wasn’t amazed by the sound quality on a-lot of the units. I’ve had Bose qc35ii since 2018 and I shouldn’t have sold them. They were rock solid good headphones been everywhere with me and no marks at all even the ear cups were good. A lot of the headphones in the store were trashed and marked for store use but the Sony mx5 were in good nick. I went with the air pods max because of the apple eco system. The only thing annoying is there’s no Eq.
I own Q45, it's trash sound wise. It sounds like tin can, sounds great in podcast, but I am not a fan on other types of listening experience. Tried Metal, Instrumentals(final fantasy guitar) , Hiphop, Chillhop, 80s Rock Music and some EDMs. This is comparing to what I already own, CCA C10, Truthear Zero Red, HD599, and PC38X. I guess if you aren't interested in having the best sound quality and you use it for movies and general listening to music without being too critical. I think it gets the job done. I want to sell it because I didn't like it, but keeping it for airplane purposes. It does have an amazing noise canceling, it can compare to Galaxy Buds 2, but it hurts may ears eventually due to the pressure it creates for prolonged duration of wearing it. I don't own the other headphones in this video so I can't give you my opinions. All I can say is, I am not happy with the Q45's sound quality. All hyped but that's about it. Even with the hearing Id, it still sounds trash if I compare it to my other open back headphones and IEMs. Heck even my old Noise canceling taotronics soundsurge 90 sounds better. Maybe it's just my ear, but that's my opinion. Don't believe all the hype. Most honest review. I disliked this video before owning Q45, but later realized it's one of the few honest ones.
@darklyger64 Because your expectations are all wrong. A Bluetooth budget closed back headphones will never sound better than wired open backs and iem. Its common sense. Even the most expensive one wont. Also all soundcore headphones sounds best in acoustic eq as default is trash. So overall its a good value headphone for most if want wireless but needs to be in acoustic eq.
Thanks for the info, got a pair of sony 520s like a week ago, but was going to exchange them for the 720s because I like over ear, as of now are there any other over ear headphones roughly in the same price range you would say are better than the sony 720's that I should get instead? Mainly care about comfort and sound quality/bass, the battery life/ additional stuff dont really bother me too much, would be grateful for some advice 🙏
So Ig I went with the right pick with the sony 720N ? (they should arrive by Thursday hopefully) since sadly my Soundcore Q30 broke and I needed a new pair of headphones urgently
I just got it yesterday. The sound quality is good for this price. The NC is at a good level but the material is not very good for me. ,It looks like the plastic of a cheap headphone. However, the sound quality and NC are satisfactory.
Thanks so much for all the info on fit! A lot of the reviews leave that out or just have one general line about whether or not they are comfortable, and if youre buying online and cant try on you really need more info
I purchased the Space Q45 but they are too big for my head even at their smallest setting. How would you say the WH-CH720N compare? Can they get smaller than the Q45? Thanks!
Hello, what about using them in a open space office, for video calls? Wondering how well the noise cancellation is working on the microphone side, whether the noises and voices from neighbours are filtered out. Thanks!
Hey mate, just wondering on the momentum 4s, are the voices quite noticable? On mine it feels like the m4s let in the voices even with anc on. There is also a noticable amount of white noise while near a fan or AC, is that normal?
Do the drivers on q45, make up for the lack of sound quality that the Sony has? Because you said that Q45 have worse sound than any of them, but have the best drivers. It's weird to sacrifice sound quality for specs if you use headphones mostly to listen to music.
