I honestly love how they portrayed everyone in this game, where in botw all you got were dome short memory cutscenes and some dialogue, aoc expanded on everyone really well.
The way Daruk is big and burly where he isn't the brightest but still has his heart in the right place is so much like his character. I LOVE how he and Mipha interact so much despite them being seemingly opposites.
Impa looks SO GOOD as a fighter instead of a wise elder, and is so badass I'm glad they did her justice.
Even though Revali is a dick, I love the emotion his voice actor has to make him sound as snarky as possible. I find it hilarious how he's so stuck up that he's reluctant to give a sincere compliment without any snark.
Also I LOVE how Urbosa is so uplifting to zelda and is basically her therapist. And the way she calls zelda "little bird" makes my heart melt so goddamn much.
The way they expand on Zelda's feelings of failure really hit me, and I honestly felt myself projecting onto her, so anytime impa or urbosa comforted her I got super emotional.
Also I love the character trope of kohga being the little guy who does all the trash talk while sooga is the big quiet guy who gets him out of trouble.

I like how Revali is the cockiest among the pilots, but is the only one without a good reason to be a pilot. Like Mipha can heal, Daruk can protect, Urbosa can control lightning, but the reason for Revali was just: _”you know, that bird has good skill.”_

Well, all of the other champions were born with their powers. Revali, on the other hand, had to master his updraft himself from scratch, since he's just another ordinary rito and wasn't born on the royalty like urbosa, mipha and even daruk did.

It was because of mater kohga. There was nothing to do with Sooga, if master kohga wasn't hurt Sooga would've stayed and fought.
Sooga and Kohga are like Kamek and Bowser. The latter survives because the former knows when to fight and when to retreat.
There's bravery in cowardice. Better to know when to quit so you can fight another day.

the thing i understand about the monsters is that they don't age and even if they die a blood moon resurrects them, the 3 giants quest with the 3 hinox proves this, that shows that for 10,000 years nobody had ever defeated any of the 3 hinox siblings cause they still have the balls, either its just out of the way or hinox's lore wise are actually incredibly powerful monsters which leaves questions about the stalnox in the castles dungeon guarding the shield.
