It would be even better, however, if it included access to the videos on the form! Sometimes it's very hard for me to translate still images into fluid movements, and RUclips is surprisingly devoid of good mook jong instructional videos. My WC school still can't open because of covid. Soon, it will be one full year of being closed so... yes, this is VERY helpful, thank you. Well, to be fair, your channel was already helpful before lockdown.
I can testify low "block" against a Thai style kick is a bad idea! A kid I used to train in karate moved to Detroit and joined a Muy Thai camp. Just a couple seasons later wanted to spar his old coach (me) and I intercepted a rib kick with gedan uke. Nothing broke, but I've been reinventing my approach to that kick ever since!
