What I do like about this hepmet is that it has one shield for grinding and one flip shield for welding. Unlike all other helmets like my Sentinal A50 having only one shield for grinding and welding. I also need a respirator system but cheap since most are $1000
Do you have the name of that crazy grinding wheel on the pneumatic angle grinder??

They're banned in some shops, super dangerous especially if it's on an electric driver. One flew off at work and went 3inch into a 6mm ally tank 😅 we call them cutting wheel..
What's the extra sealing part that's covers your complete head?

The hood from the video has the factory hose attached. With the backpack attachment the hose appears shorter because it isn't strung out.
It even has a flip up grinding shield! 2400$ but worth it for health

Ale Ty jesteś głupi. To jest jego zdrowie, a zdrowie masz jedno tłuku. Zabezpieczyć należy się zawsze na 100% i nie ma znaczenia, czy spawanie trwa godzinę, czy 1 minutę.

@@mossyboy6 no with regards to nicks comment, adding the filter to the helmet, extra weight on the head / neck would be a bad design imo.

The hood is plenty light. Even with the respirator strapped to my back. Aches and pains are all a part of welding and fabrication. All part of hard work in general. None of my evening pains from work have anything to do with the weight of my hood or respirator. Ive got much bigger obstacles at work than the weight of my P.P.E. Im happy with this hoods performance after the first year of use.

Any welding is terrible for the health of the person performing it, but stainless and aluminium(as featured in this vid) are the absolute worst, so many carcinogenic substances flying around in the atmosphere
3m masks suck ass. Headgear is ok durability is meh but their lens are downright decades behind everyone else's.
I completely disagree as someone that owned optrel crystal clear 2.0.
Just got the G5-01VC & this is just awesome, everything about it, head gear, lens, all just the best !!!
I couldn't disagree with you more. I've used this hood and adflo for over a year now and have zero complaints. The clarity is there and the comfort is there. The fresh air is just an added bonus
