Do you have the name of that crazy grinding wheel on the pneumatic angle grinder?? And does it works well??

What I do like about this hepmet is that it has one shield for grinding and one flip shield for welding. Unlike all other helmets like my Sentinal A50 having only one shield for grinding and welding. I also need a respirator system but cheap since most are $1000
hi, were you find the short air tube?
The hood from the video has the factory hose attached. With the backpack attachment the hose appears shorter because it isn't strung out.

I would be suicidal after 30 mins working with that music haha. But on a serious note getting this helmet in a couple weeks. Frothing never had a Speedglas
Understandle. I didnt notice the music in this video until after uploading it. My earbuds are always in use while I'm at work. This is one of those reasons haha

Without a gas filter, it doesn't make much sense
3m masks suck ass. Headgear is ok durability is meh but their lens are downright decades behind everyone else's.
Who makes a better helmet with powered respiration?
@alexguigui1877 nah optrel crystal clear is clearer than 3m lens. I have optrel 2.0 and the lens is brighter. 3m lens is a shade or 2 dimmer though optrel is not like 100% 0 shade, there's still a bit of green tint to it so does 3m but 3m is more noticeable. Either way I'd still stick to my 3m g5-01.
I used my 9100fx in a factory environment, time between welds wasn't much more than 10-30 sec. All you had to do was to swap the wear items on it, the main concern was the seal, usually wore out in roughly 6 months. Never had any issues with the ADF. The batteries for the respirator wasn't all that good, but they where shared between 3 shifts. The air powered respirator worked a lot better, but suffered from bad 1/4" airfittings.

hello. Approximately how long is the life of the Air Filter Cartridge and display consumables?
It's something that you need to confirm yourself. We weld only steel and sometimes stainless steel. We have very very dusty environment so our filters last around month.
It depends on your work environment. The shop air that i usually work in can be hard on the filters, soo 3 to 4 weeks. Ive roached out a couple even faster than that while working in tight and poorly ventilated spaces
3m need to make the airfilter smaller and built into the helmet... Wonder if they will listen
@@mossyboy6 no with regards to nicks comment, adding the filter to the helmet, extra weight on the head / neck would be a bad design imo.
