Ceramic coating has to be done in straight lines not circles
Depends on the coating they are using. Each has its application process. Though more of the most known ceramics are applied in straight lines with cross action

I’m sure they waited at least 3 weeks or so. It all depends on how the paint is baked. But you can tell this wasn’t all done on the same day
needs at least 6mnths for paint to cure.

I've worked in the bodyshop trade since 2002, I definitely know what I'm on about.
Solvents need to vent.
Try it for yourself, paint something with base and laquer, or 2k topcoat and wrap it with vinyl in the timeframe YOU think paint needs to cure. Come back after a few months and tell me what's happened under the wrap, you will have micro blisters and marks in the paint.
