Goalies that don't heavily rely on the stand-up or butterfly style(s) are considered hybrid goalies. It's kinda like rock-paper-scissors... Stand-up protects the upper part of the net (which exposes the bottom part), butterfly protects the bottom part (exposing the upper part), and hybrid is a jack-of-all-trades.
