hahaha been laughing the whole vid.. missed your vids lately :( keep em coming!
That's the best tutorial on wheel bearings I've ever seen! I watched 50 "try not to laugh" videos in the morning and didn't laugh once. But this video made me laugh many times. Such a cool content, very unique!
Another quality upload from my favorite RUclipsr, "Budget Bimmers" Fantastic content unmatched by any other content creator on this platform.

Mint Grizz fuck it doood
When using a breaker or ratchet on anything like this use a jack or a jackstand on the socket dead level that way no downforce is applied to the nut and only rotational force less wasted energy on downforce saves rounding bolts and more force to undo 👍
1m round bar with hole in it to use like a lever ! It would do the trick ! :D
looks like Christian has been doing weight reduction on himself... good job mate!
Best channel on RUclips Budget Bimmers keep up the good work and great vids 👊👊👊
Another highly amusing episode of the Zach and Christian show. Well done, boys! 😂😂😂👍

Love it!! I've never seen anyone so excited about torque specs! 👍😂😂😂
This channel makes me go buy a e46 330i
Busting a seat leon 1.8 20vt here in uk 🇬🇧 got 240 bhp from a few eBay bolt ons and a good tune budget lol great videos we need a cheep eBay turbo on that 330 🤓🏎👍✌️🇬🇧
Holy fuck boys! Christian looks great!
For future reference when removing the rotor set screw while you still have the caliper on the car jam a screw driver or Allen key in the rotor vents so it can't turn ..break the screw loose and then remove the calipers
For anyone watching, don't fucking tighten that retainer screw like Christian did at 19:20 . The only purpose of that little screw from hell is to hold your rotor on untill you put the lugbolts back on, so just screw it in and leave it. You're going to have a really bad time taking your rotor off if you wreck it. Been there, and had to fucking drill them out. Broke a drill doing that also.
fucking funny as usual the banter between you two is on point! nioce wan for another video guys! excited for the next!
Lol $150 is the price for one wheel bearing on the 335i wish it was that price for the whole kit
You guys are funny as fuck! Keep on beaming in the Beamer!
" Nothing ever goes wrong with a Beamer" 🤦♂️
Bro you gotta rock fcp euro stuff!Lifetime warranty on everything.Rotors, pads, spark plugs and anything you can think of.
yah the bud thing does sound Canadian. but you say other things weird like "possibly" and "toight". Massachusetts?
Good job guys, new big fan and keep that fun spirit always
You guyz need that 1/2 in gen 2 milwaukee high torque impact haha. It'll make your life alot easier!
That wasn't really coolant that they put in the engine, was it? It sure looked like it
wheel bearings bad? whats the worst that could happen, i mean its not like your wheels could fall off, right?
22:25 that always happens on my dad's car grill goes flying🤣
THEY BACK
Dollar shave club better sponsor y’all soon cause that would be funny as hell
Why don’t u make vids with the 335is that’s sitting on the side?
LOL, I was watching you screw the wheel bolts with a confused look. Those wheel bearing nuts are on crazy tight.
Lmfao u guys ALWAYS make my day man no bullshit! Thank u for starting my day off right fellas!... ALAN!! 😂🤣😂
U guys crack me upppp ...pure entertainment
holy moly... you guys did a few things incorrectly. That front bearing ain't gonna last as long.
1. you ripped off the surrounding shielding which is connnected to the brake shield sheet metal... now you have to buy an new brake shield with the intact metal surround.
2. you used a wood block and hammered the entire hub onto the spindle, which is weird because you actually did it the correct way with the socket braced on the inner metal race ring. Now since you hammered the hub directly, the inner race bearing has been compromised and most likely slightly damaged which will also reduce the life time of the bearing.
3. Your wheel speed sensor is now unprotected and the rear metal ribs of the newly installed hub is also exposed to the elements which will reduce the lifetime of the sensor as well as the newly installed hub, AND the wheel sensor will most lilke suffer errors due to debris lodging into that sensitive area. You see, the thin metal ring wall/shielding that you ripped off to get to the old rusty rear race cover originally comes attached to the entire brake shield sheet metal fitted around your rotor.... that ring shielding acts as a protective barrier to keep the speed sensor uncontaminated by the elements.
4. You are not supposed to put anti-seize on this part. You want it to stay on as permanently as possible and since you used a chisel to bend the metal into the notch to make sure the nut doesn't back out, it makes no sense to put anti-seize on the threads because the whole point of 214 lbs. ft torque PLUS chiseling the metal ring into the notch is to make sure the nut does not move thru the life of the bearing. And you cannot save any of these parts each time the bearing is changed so there's no point in anti-seize. The bearing is destroyed, the nut, all the races... nothing is reusable so there is no need for anti -seize. And finally the main reason NOT to use anti-seize is that in changes the torque parameters such that, in the end you did not actually use the correct torque values but rather you used the torque values as recommended by BMW WITHOUT ANTI-SEIZE. You have to convert the torque values to higher numbers if you use anti-seize. And it is a pain in the ass to find those values.
I recommend you buy all the parts again and also replace the old damaged brake shield with a new one, complete with the ring wall that was torn off in this video.
never not in sweatpants, love it.
Aye just when I needed this vid 👍🏼
right that's it, I'm ordering a t-shirt so you guys can get some more tools in. lol nice video again guys.
U should just send em some tools! Lol
Ok fellas I love the videos but I gotta say that the brand of impact is not as important as having it the right direction it was on tighten both times you tried 😂🤣
