Simple Sweet Italian Sausage Pasta

Fall is officially here!!!! I think...? Anyway it's been fairly cold and gloomy out as of late. My family was craving something warm and filling. So I decided to make a simple Italian sausage pasta. This was a recipe my kids actually ate and the sauce not only was easy to make but lasted us a couple of days as well! This is another perfect weeknight dinner.
