That's so exciting, congrats! For my first client, I had a Zoom meeting. That's kind of my process, they submit my questionnaire form, so that I have an idea of what to charge them and about their business, and then schedule a free 1-hour Zoom meeting consultation to talk about everything over and seeing what kind of help they need from me, as a bookkeeper. Having an office to meet at, would be ideal, hopefully one day I'll have that option :).
That's a great on-boarding process! I have been meeting some clients at _their_ business location just so we don't have to do a virtual meeting, but I also would love to have an office space of my own someday.
