Time management and a dedicated day/night for him and his wife. Date nights to connect as a couple and family night to connect as a family. It does not have to be every week but make it a part of the schedule.
Accurate. Yet hard for me to keep consistent with. (Venting from my own experience as a business owner w/ a family). Ultimately yes, I believe you're right, it's the answer.. that and maybe do less of other things.
@@jay3414 exactly!! I felt a bit disheartened for him!! God he's got grandkids!! It's time to slow down!! He's talking like they are in their 20's hustling!
Amen to that! Sometimes we think doing extra is God’s work. Truth is if you’re raising your children with biblical principles, teaching them to care for others, and including them in volunteering, that’s doing God’s work. May God bless that family and help them to make time and find rest.
I was just about to say she is the happiest women ever look at her smile. She’s happy he’s even concerned about spending more valuable time and being balanced! #focused
He ddnt answer the question he just praised the man for his hard work. Real answer is that there is no answer. Men are going to sacrifice time no matter what.
Steve was like man to man can you hurry up with your question lol.!. It took him forever to get to the point. But men like him is rare these days. I know why she married him after being single
Have you ever seen a lot of RUclips videos "never date with single moms" where childish men are complaining single moms never put boyfriends first and how horrible to date with single moms? They are so far from Steve and this guy. so nice to watch and see there are great men left in this world.
Whilst you do not have time working like that, always find a time when you take some off days from both work and have just family time. You can have that family time at home or away on holiday. It's all good.
He needs to know how to manage his time even if how busy they are at work. You still need to give time for your wife and kids. It does not have to be everyday, but you need to give time to them.
Wonderful family i am 53 years old do you have any brothers in the church or family to you with that same mentality i would seriously like to date. Im single and celibate for 7 years thank you thanks for the advice Steve
Something he can do is have some time specifically set aside for family nights and another specifically set aside for date night with his wife. It may not be every week but at least once a fortnight. So he could have that quality time. Also a good time to spend quality time n keep in touch with the family is through having a set table dinner time at nights, no cellphones where u just eat, talk about the happenings of everybody day together.
Keep praying together. Take a break and find someone who can step in and look after the children while you go for a well deserved date. #datenights so necessary. God bless this awesome couple. ❤
I think someone has to take care of the kids. Shame on the man who left them, but there's goodness in this world when another human decides to take care of another humans kids as if they were his/her own. I personally, if I fell in love with a divorced dude with kids (preferably 1😅) I will take care of his child as my own. Too many orphans and abandoned kids out there that need love. We in this together.
Ummmm... I think he’s doing great BUT if you don’t say no sometimes and yes to yourself and your wife, resentment will eventually and inevitably happen.
Y cant a man get credit for what he is doing without women trying to make it about them smh...I'm willing to bet if a woman said exactly what he said u would not being what you said
I hear what steve is saying.... But I don't quite agree!! If you spread yourself too thin... you will burn!! It's not a matter of IF! It's a matter of WHEN!! I think he needs enough time for HIMSELF a little bit because he sounds like he's working himself to the bone!! Give himself and his wife a bit of time to recharge and recuperate!! Because if you are going on reserve all the time, sure enough you will run on fumes in the end! Drop a couple of things, and give yourself the space to breath! Keep the best paying jobs!!

That facial twitch…the level of stress he’s feeling is heavy. Worse than he’s saying… Appreciation is good, but sometimes you need to pause, assess and re-prioritize.
"he's a good man, he's a good man"... come tf on!! he was on stage for 2 reasons. A chance at "ask steve" freebies, and to have permission to ease off the wife's children or give up the hurricne work (The children have children, they're mostly grown!!, and he has no spare time to be a volunteer because volunteering require spare time!). He didn't want praise and recognition, that doesn't help and it doesn't make him feel good that a bunch of strangers applaud. Why would it? He works too much, you think cheerleaders are going to make him run the ball harder or do you think maybe he wants to focus more on his wife and maybe have a break once in a while? But that solution didn't come from Steve. instead, Steve offered him a non-existent reward and the approving gaze of a few women that will do nothing for him to alleviate his suffering.
She’s smiling ear to ear! She knows he’s a good hubby🎉Great job Brotha🎉🎉🎉🎉
