Skyscrapers should never have been built along the banks of the Pasig River. Instead, both sides of the river, from Marikina to Manila Bay, should have been reserved for parks. These green spaces would not only enhance the river's natural beauty but also provide vital environmental benefits and recreational areas for the community.
That Opus mall is located in the Quezon City side of Bridgetown while on the opposite of the river, where the statue stands, is the Pasig City area of Bridgetown. The Quezon City area of Bridgetown is smaller, and almost already filled with buildings, some if not many of them I believe are BPO offices while the Pasig City area is bigger and still lots of open spaces. The total area of Bridgetown is about 30.6 hectares. BGC is about 240 hectares.
I hope that you visit and even research on Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna as all of the developments that Ayala Land promises to make it as a "BGC of the South". Thank you so much! I hope that I could visit on Bridgetown soon.
They say it will be a mini BGC when all the businesses and condos are finished there. We looked at the LE PONT condos and they were a bit pricey even for US standards but it was beautiful. That new mall you guys just went to is beautiful and cold. It is really a great place if you ask me.
I hope not the next bgc. BGC condos and properties are very pricey and unrealistic. No one in the working middle class can afford to buy one. Renting will do but buying one is like suntok sa bwan.
I was there a couple of months ago. Love the Philippines. If they build a township facing the west beach, I'd buy a unit. I bought one in Thailand which I also love.

i love how you use the terminology "township". you're learning a lot about real estate. Bridgetowne is nice but I see future issues that i hope they will be prepared for it. No. 1 Parking, for now they have temporary parkings, but once buildings start popping up, parking will be a problem. They have bikelanes but no bike parking. Bridgetowne isn't really that big. it's just a third of BGC.
Parking space even when this place is fully developed, shouldn't be problem. Parking buildings are the solution. San Francisco is a very old American city with narrow streets and yet parking is accessible to everyone thru parking buildings
Go easy with the use of ate. It means old sister, so while those older than you will appreciate it those younger than you will feel off. Perhaps you can use "sister" instead. They'll all be happy 😊
@@User_Dythfds hmmm, I guess there are some nuances to that. But if the intention is to express politeness, then ate is for older ladies. Sister is safer, but whatever floats your boat.
Maybe this will be the next bgc but in the next 10years from now 10x of BGC will rise at the reclaimed area of manila bay from bacoor cavite to bulacan international airport. Added to that in cavite there is EVO CITY, MAPLE GROOVE and VERMOSA. Also in Las Piñas the Villar City

Jackie.. NO SUCH THING AS " New TOWNSHIP" in the Philippines..its called or referred to as Metropolis.."Township" is a term used only in Africa/ South Africa..Never in ASIA..
In real estate, a township is a planned community that includes residential, commercial, and public infrastructure within a specific area. Townships are often designed to be convenient and self-contained, with amenities like parks, schools, and shopping centers.

Nice new development, but Bridgetown Is just a fraction of BGC.
But theres a combination of Parklinks And bridgetown.. but yet BGC still big..k..
Whos on this statue?.
It’s a tribute to businessman, John Gokongwei. But I don’t think it’s his image.
thats right, the statue itself is meant to represent the average hardworking Filipino worker and John is once like that. @@jackieInPhilippines
