The thing is it's too slow for a pdf generation, what about using an appscript to redirect to a new html page and print it directly before needing to save? Can you try that perhaps?

Do You know a form to send it to printer automatically without internet connection, what I mean is save the file in a local folder so it can be sent to LAN printer no need to Open the document

Instead of printing you can save as pdf (Adobe pdf) and save in computer folder. Just change the printer to Adobe pdf :-)

Hi, i tested one hour ago is worked, but after that, it not generated any pdf file. I check the account info stated 'NewApp-: Make document process task not allowed with the FREE plan' ?? Is it using bot to create pdf is not allowed for free plan?

You can add a virtual coloumn in the table and use an expression like ref_rows. Then It will show in pdf
