The video has 3 thumbnails. It will show different ones to different people. I get to see which of the three thumbnails gets the most clicks. Then I can make similar thumbs in the future if they help to get views. LOL

Im probably not the only person that avoids the ai thumbnails, but probably because I'm mostly into science RUclips and it has been taken over by auto generated ai videos to the point that I don't even click anymore unless I know the channel (which is why I'm here lol) or there's a human in the thumbnail
Certain overseer categories give tradeskill items as an option, pretty sure it's crafting, harvesting, and research. Research is 24 hour and gives a lot, the other two are 6 hours and give a little
