So if im correct you dont ACTALLY go back to a hollow if you are a menos and die, I was under the impression if you died you had to reset completely, same for vasto to arrancar... if that was the case this game would be so fucking brutal
If you playing solo farming vasto lordes aint that bad every 9 vasto lorde kills u get 105 xp progression plus they are easier to kill and you dont have to heal as often as killing arrancars if you dont spend anytime healing its faster than killing arrancars max you spend 2 hours of progression after becoming adjucha

i started 3 days ago i have 13 hours i spent like 5 of it as a soul reaper then i switched to hallow now im a vastocar this really helped
By the way, Arrogante and Starrk give 8 per bodypart, so if you have a group of friends, i recommend doing them^^
