Hi Asif how about showing us how to put the cover back on? I’ve been struggling for the last 15 mins. Battery changed fine, but I can’t get it back on the wall
@@DanfossClimate Thanks. I got it eventually, but I was just scared I was going to break the little electronic pins. Glad to see you’re listening to customers. 👍
Top tip for anyone with a TPone. It can be quite picky in regards to battery brand. Changing to Kirkland batteries caused it to not power back up properly. After using Duracell is worked perfectly. No idea why.
Did you manage to find a fix for this? I'm having the same problem, put new batteries in everything comes on but none of the buttons are working or anything.
Without heat, last night (it was the warmest night weve had this winter, so it wasnt that big of a deal). I saw it had a black line down one side, i guessed it was a battery issue. So, much kudos, bro.

Hey Asif, Thanks, I have changed batteries few times but Thermostat keeps showing low battery sign with some occasional bleeps and don’t work. Any idea what would be the problem as I can’t fix it😢 Would be grateful for your feedback
Hi After changing batteries on tp5000 the date time is incorrect and I tried to follow some instructions that I found and didn't work so far... (like reseting or pressing combination of keys...) Do you have any suggestion?

HI dad have just watched video on TP0ne-B having programmed the unit it always shows in the top left hand corner LOW HEAT . What does this mean ,why does the unit do this how can i remove this ??????
Hi There, I've a Ret2000B and changed the batteries, but now the screen is black. How can I fix this? (I've already tried pressing the ^ for several seconds).
Hello, thank you for your video, my TP One has power supply from the wire in the wall, i have a problem, it is not well calibrated, the temperature indicated is always higher than the real one: - How can i caliber my TP-One ? - Is that possible to change my TP one for a smart one ? Thank you
Hello. I left a comment regarding the temperature being stuck on 0 degrees after changing the battery, meaning the heating comes on when I reconnect the thermostat. I got a reply from you saying you’d find a solution from your experts and get back to me but I haven’t heard anything in weeks, and I’ve just realised my comment has been deleted?
For TP5000. Taking it out is easy, but it is extremely hard to put it back in after changing the battery. Please do your survey by asking normal people to change the battery and see how they think about this. Very bad design.
Hi Kyaw, thanks for your feedback. Please check the latest version of the product. Every version we make has small improvements to make the product better, and we hope it fulfils your concerns. www.danfoss.com/en/products/dhs/smart-heating/smart-heating/danfoss-eco/danfoss-eco-support/#tab-overview
Thank you so much, you helped fathom out how to open the thermostat unit without taking a knife to it!!
You are life saver sir. Thanks for such an easy to follow video.
Excellent video. No such instructions in the installation guide left at the new property so this was very helpful indeed. Cheers.
