Synopsis
Fiona, My Friend tells you the lives of two individuals from different walks of lives coming together. Mdm Fong, a 65-year-old lady who is having dementia and her new helper Fiona from the Philippines who make us realize what is the meaning of having someone who cares for you. Mdm Fong’s only caregiver is her daughter who is a single mom of a teenager. The old lady hasn’t spoken much and struggles with playing the piano ever since. This short film explores the friendship and mutual respect between an old lady and her new helper Fiona.

a very well made film, very touching and can make alot more people aware how hard it is to care for older people suffering from dementia and for the person caring themselves. Havent watched many singaporean made films actually, but right now im genuinely impressed with it and wonder why im not supporting more of our local productions👏🏼👏🏼
