I just finished the Alliance RV training, There was so much useful information. I don't own a RV yet. I mentioned to Alliance in a few mo I will be buying there 321BH. I do think Alliance is one of the best out there with all my research.

This was very informative. I enjoy all the factory tours. This one seemed to cover all the bases. I am not a fan of the tongue that is welded underneath but love the 5th wheel size storage. Most have this frame style but still have a small pass through storage. If I was looking for a camper, I would give them a look for sure. I’m thinking the price is high on these units, but if affordable, it appears you would have a quality product.
I noticed when you asked the question about what they do when there is known defect issues with items such as stoves or other appliances if they immediately stop using and change vendor products. His reply was yes after they deplete their inventory (45.05). So just throw that known issue into a new trailer and send it on out. So how are they any different than any other RV manufacture when it comes to quality control. If an item is having recall issues stop using that product and send any inventory back to manufacture.
Joe! Thank you so much for boldly bringing up the 'frame failure' issue that really has many of us would be RV buyers hesitating. Even though he didn't answer with the specification details I would have hoped for, I still appreciated the ask. This was a phenomenal video! I don't know how often anyone gets this sort of access to record and interact with 'insiders' at the plant but I just loved it! Alliance gets big points for their knowledge and transparency. Looking forward to the follow-on. Thanks guys!
The frame failure issue that is being talked about right now is on 5th wheels, not travel trailers. The specs are on their website and I can tell you they do have a thicker frame with additional supports compared to most companies. One example is that little V they put by the suspension shackles. That area is a know failure point on trailers because there are only 2 weld spots. Alliance puts extra support and now it has 4 weld points. In my opinion, I think most of the frame failure issues you are seeing is a combination of the customer overloading the RV in the front and poor design or workmanship by the manufacturer. Alliance did tell us (I think its in another video coming soon) they have not had one frame failure issue since they started making RVs

The workers will be so much happier not wearing their bodies out. I did constrfor years, everything was manual, wore our bodies out, now at retirement age, I’m so beat up, can’t hardly enjoy camping. Kudos to Alliance, thanks for the tour
No flexible hoses? At 30:37 I clearly see flex tubing as well as other shots in the video
the only flexible hose is at the water pump, which is required
I just wish they made a small camper with no slide. We have a 1/2 ton truck and don’t want to get a beefier one. Other conventional trailers don’t seem to be as well made. We do like the fiberglass trailers like Escape. Seems like RV quality made is for just a few companies Alliance being one of them.

It seems they are finally getting it, without happy customers, eventually you have no demand, no company, it’s a no brainer but so many companies just don’t get it. If you think putting customers first doesn’t work, go look at Costco and how their value and stock price have soared despite the pandemic and massive inflation, etc. Also, they realize the other, equally important thing. Your employees are not slaves, that must please the master, and be grateful they allowed you to work there, lol
How many of the units that are being assembled was pre-sold/ purchased vs units going to a dealer lot?
They all go to a dealer lot. Dealers place the orders with Alliance, some of which are custom orders
While I enjoyed greatly I wish you would shown more actual process rather you guys.
