Carson graduating and your thoughts at the end were the best part...Very proud og him and the values you as parents instilled in him! America needs more people like you!
It’s my rule that no one cries alone. In person or on screen. Trish, I appreciate the vulnerability you showed us. It’s so true we stress on the suppose to be when we need to just take a breath and relax. Good for you and yay Carson
Trish……I remember that moment. That moment I realized that my beautiful daughter, who is 23 and a MP in the Army (a Sergeant), is able to handle things on a daily basis without my oversight. Without the need for ME to explain how things need to go. It’s a proud moment. Sad and ecstatic at the same time. But very, very proud!! I was in tears with you while watching you speak, so proudly, about Carson.
Congratulations to all of you! Thank you for being vulnerable at the end, Trish. Those moments you shared tell me you raised a wonderful young man of integrity and kindness to everyone. You must be so proud!!
Congratulations you two must be so proud to of raised such a fantastic young man. You made us tear up as well. May God continue to bless all your family and may you travel in Gods favor and blessing. ❤️
The poignant part of you "Momming" was realizing even when you weren't there to do it, he was shining all along! Congratulations to all!! Thanks for sharing. ( Charlie, you're beautiful.)
Most everyone would put on their best behavior, their best face for a king or a president. The best kinds of folks treat everyone that same way in their daily lives, being just as thoughtful and caring. Carter’s character is golden! So glad you got to see that to carry in your heart about your son❣️
Trish, those unsolicited praises for/about our children from random people are the indicators that we did our job raising good outstanding members of society, despite our mess-ups. 🥰 Though I think you failed Gary, he needs sticky tac to hold him in place! 🤣
Congratulations Carson 🥳 Nothing wrong with showing the pride we have in our children and knowing he/she really listened !! Nothing better 😢 Well done Mom and Dad 🥰
Crying right now. Trish touched my mama heart. So proud of our boy and both of you for the way you raised him. Thank you for showing your vulnerability and putting me back in touch with all these special mama feelings.
Your kids are awesome. They are all so polite, kind, well mannered and delightful. You can be so proud. It is wonderful to get a peek into our adult kids daily lives and learn how others see them. So rewarding. I too shed a few tears as you were telling us the special heartwarming stories of the janitor and dad. Congratulations to Carson. Embry-Rittle here he comes.
My husband and I saw the Bird and Gary yesterday! So much fun. Our time was limited, so while we were buying our tickets, we asked the woman exactly where the Bird was, so not to miss it. She gave us a look, and I said you must be asked that a lot. She said absolutely!
Trish, Mama to Mama I totally get why your emotional.....you may have “over mama” with Carson...which is fine, but hearing others praise your son or thank him for watching over another IS our reward for being an involved Mama....👏👏
We need a lot of Carson’s, Caleb’s, and Victorias in this world to help the older generations make this country the best it can be. Thanks for sharing.
There is truly nothing better than seeing our children succeeding in life without us. Congrats to all of you. Trish made me cry but it’s because I so understand. My son heads off to Clemson in a month 😮
Me; having grown up at Culver, that’s such a remarkable achievement for Carson to accomplish. I went to 5 years of Woodcraft Camp and then 4 years to Graduate as a Company Commander at Culver and 2 years as a Camp Counselor at Woodcraft, I have a front row on what it takes to successfully accomplish what Carson did. He did great. Congratulations!
It's so hard to imagine I've been watching yall for like 6 years. Since you're first trip where yall had the blowout on the bumper pull. I remember all your kids being so young. Congrats on the graduation
A mom victory for Trish! When my son graduated from boot camp I think I cried for three days! So dang proud of our young people who choose the military as a career. My husband is a 30 year Navy man so it means a lot to us to see the young men and women have a desire to serve. On a lighter note, my son worked at the Hall of Fame and talked to you guys and helped make the arrangements for the bird. He is now working at the state house in Indianapolis so he wasn’t there when the Bird arrived but I was there to visit last week and she looks great!
That was one of my very favorite episodes EVER! Trish's comments at the end made my wife and I cry. We've just found out that we are pregnant with our first child, and the hope and the goals we have for our child is that we get to teach him/her how to be amazing human beings, who will cause an impact on people's lives even when mom and dad are not around. Congratulations to Carson, and to the entire Leach family for raising these incredible kids!
SO proud of Carson and so happy for your family! It shouldn’t be a surprise that he represented you, your family & values the way he did - you raised him to do so. But as a father I totally get it! 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸
Trish you are right. It's the unexpected moments that show you what a terrific person your children have become. A woman came up and complimented our grown daughter on how well behaved her girls were at a restaurant. After the woman walked away my daughter started crying. It is those little recognitions that stay with you forever. Congrats to Carson!
The episode started out hilarious with Gary's comment about the stability of the Bird then ended with a truly beautiful moment with Trish. Thank you for sharing the laughter and happy tears of a mom who realizes the gifts of being a parent. You know it, but when you see the impact that your child has on people who are strangers to you, it makes it all worthwhile! Safe and happy travels to your family!!
Congratulations to Carson and the wonderful parents who raised him to be such an honorable man. I couldn't help crying with you, Trish. Loved seeing your success.
Congratulations to Carson and you Marc & Trish. You guys raised Carson well for him to take a young man under his wing to help him and for an employee of the school to come say that she would miss. That says a lot about his character. Great video this week but, they are all pretty super videos every week. Thanks for sharing the your journey.
Good job, Momma. You raised a good boy. I teared up with you when you were telling your story at the end about how others appreciated Carson's kindness. That was the best. Amazingly beautiful family photos too!
Y'all keep making me cry. First the MGB and now the Proud Mommy Moment after Carson's graduation. I've been watching your channel since the beginning and I love your family so much. Keep inspiring! ❤️
Y'all are the sweetest couple. I have 2 kids in college. I somewhat relate to your tears of joy. Im 51, a solo empty neater, full time RV Nomad. Thank you for being so genuine.
Trish, it's great to see your vulnerability and love for your kids! Don't ever apologize for crying! And we're visiting the RV museum next month--can't wait to see the Bird!
I just stopped by to say Thank You to Trish. A few years ago I listened to every episode of your podcast, I was in a loveless marriage and wanted nothing more than to travel. Your inspirational words kept me going and now after the marriage dissolved I am full-time international traveler. Thank you so much, you don't know how much your words and work mean to me.
I just watched this and it occurred to me that your son had already become the person you were coaching him to be. You had it validated right before your eyes. Very special. I cried right along with you and I'm not even a mom.
The graduation and the end was super cool, what those people said about Carson! Especially when it's someone who works a job that many people overlook or look down on, you know you've raised that kid right. What awesome moments!!
I seriously needed a warning before you cry. I know you are so proud of all of your kids. When someone tells you something special about them when you were not around, it makes a mommas heart burst with pride.
You guys travel within a few miles of my house every time you come through the northern Indiana area and I find myself rubbernecking as I’m going down the road just in case I might see you :)
It's amazing when you get a glimpse of the life that your kids live while you aren't around. As parents you spend so much time teaching and correcting and it doesn't seem like it's sinking in but when you get that little glimpse like Trish did, you realize that they do get it and they are going to be just fine in that big world! 😊
Love your channel! We just got back from a two-week trip from St. George, UT (home), to Glacier NP and back in our 30' Airstream International. My wife and I and our 4 kids. I started watching your videos over two years ago because they were just fun and entertaining. Never thought we would buy an airstream. You motivated us to take the plunge! While we are not full time, we just had the best vacation we have ever had with our kids, ages ranging from 15 to 5. Thanks for your positivity and wonderful story telling. We are so excited for our future travels.
@@KeepYourDaydream I knew you were hoping to do the Narrows through hike. So awesome! Can't wait to see your trip report. I had meant to reach out to offer our property up on Kolob mountain for your to camp on. I can email you the details for another time, but you are always welcome.
Something about Carson reaching up to touch the sign brought tears to my eyes. 🥺🙏🏼❤️ As a mom whose watched her children graduate and join the military I can say that we are all one big family in God. Congratulations Carson! And Trish, great job!! You really “get” it.
Trish, I was tearing up with you. I felt the same way when my son graduated from the Marine Corp at Parris Island. He went on to Basic Combat Engineering at Camp Lejeune. Two tours in Iraq and now a Police Officer, husband and Dad I two beautiful kiddos. Congratulations Carson🇺🇸🇺🇸
From chuckling about Gary hitting the windshield to getting choked up listening to Trish, this was one of your best videos. You guys have done an awesome job raising your kids and you deserve to be proud. Congrats to Carson!
Don’t worry Trish - I was crying even before you did! So proud of Carson … and all of you! Thanks for what you all do to make the world a better place (and not just to rv). ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Really enjoyed this episode! As many have already commented, as a mama of a 19 year old boy, I cried with you and loved that you shared those golden nuggets at the end of the video. Thank for choosing to do that. My heart is filled for you Trish. It’s moments like those that are God’s hand on your shoulder saying to you and Mark “great work my good and faithful servants”. Congratulations Carson and blessings to you on your next chapter!❤️
Very tear jerking video guys!! Husband is a disabled Army vet, & army mom (18 year career officer), Air Force Gammy - such pride in our youth such as Carson! He will go far in life! Hope to see y’all on the road one day!
Trish, i have two girls. I've found that constantly reminding them about their manners and values is me questioning myself as a parent and whether I have done a good job, more than whether they are good kids. Those gifts you talked about should serve as a reminder that you have done well, raised good and caring children who are genuine. I could not love this channel and your family more. Thank you and safe travels always
I don’t personally know you guys, but your channel is a very important part of my husband and I as we watch and re-watch episodes regularly. I was getting emotional all through out this video with your momentous milestones because I feel like I “know” you ☺️. Thank you for allowing us into your lives. We appreciate you. We are planning a trip to see the Bird and Gary soon from the east side of Michigan. ❤️ Thank you again Trish & Marc!! Congratulations Carson! 👏🏻 👏🏻
Wow! What an amazing son! You brought me to tears. Thank you for sharing such an important part of your private life with all of us. Your family is truly inspiring!
Lady, you made me tear up twice... once when you dropped the Birkey lid 😉 and then again when you were telling us about helping him pack his room. 😢 For real, you two raised some good people.
Congratulations Carson! Those were happy tears Trish, and the very best kind. You have raised wonderful children who are a testament to your values and the kindness that you show to others. I’m going to miss seeing that big, beautiful Bird, but so many people are going to be able to enjoy her now at the RV Museum. She is more than worthy of being in that special place. Thanks for sharing her with all of us. Wishing you safe travels; stay well.
Thish, gosh I started to cry with you as it was nice to get a compliment. So happy to see the family together for such a awesome occasion. So excited for Carson. It was so heartwarming to see Charlie as he is such a joy. Hugs to Charlie. Thanks and Love y'all as well as be safe.
Congratulations to Carson on his graduation. I'm so glad Trish got to see that special moment when she was helping to pack up his room. You guys are special people, and we're lucky you share your adventure with us. The jalepeno/taco flavor is excellent in scrambled eggs. God bless you both.
you guys deserve to be proud of the young man you have raised. He is an absolutely outstanding individual and will continue to climb and do great things.
You know you hit those milestones when tears start to flow! So awesome of Trish to share that with everyone! That’s why we love her! Also love the short recap of Route 66! Long live Gary and hopefully he’ll call home from the museum a time or two!✌🏻🙌👍
Trish crying at the end did me in (I'm a sympathetic crier 😂) but also because I've been there. My oldest graduates from college next year and then my younger child from high school the year after. You realize almost too late how the time flies and what amazing people they've become.
We got to see the Bird when we were in Elkhart back in June! We got a picture of us in front of the Bird with Gary in the picture! I gather since we were not able to go inside the Bird we must have been there before they prepped it for display.
Teared up seeing Trish be so proud of her son. The love and time you both have invested in your kids and family is obvious, it’s inspiring! Congrats Carson
My babies are 4 and 7…thank you for being so vulnerable and showing the pride in your children and the tears…..you two have obviously done an amazing job. That’s all I hope for my children….that they will grow up to be those good solid human beings. You two are such inspirations and role models. Kudos to you….America needs more mamas and daddy’s like you both!❤️
Tears come when we’re so proud of our children, and I can tell you’re both so proud of him, as you should be. He’s a good young man & I gotta admit I cried a little too. He’s come a long way from that little boy in your first few videos. Congrats Carson, fly high!!!
I'm sorry I just finally had a chance to watch this very special showing. Carson, wishing you the best as you move forward in your schooling. And Trish you are a true Mom with a heart and love for your children never stop showing your feelings/love for the work you have and do for them. Our son is just 7 and my husband and I will be long into our 60s and 70's when he graduates from high school. I pray all the time that I can have the same heartfelt feeling. That we will be here to have the joy of him graduating. My husband had me scared this summer following an ambulance ride to the ER end up with a quadruple bypass. He is now doing much better. Thanking God. You are both wonderful parents and I envy you. Darlene
What an exciting time! Carson graduating and leaving the Bird at the museum! I love it. I will definitely be stopping by to see it. Thanks for sharing these momentous moments.
So much going on in this video. Lots of huge milestones in just a small amount of time. Hard to believe that Carson is graduating. Glad that you were able to see a bit of how Carson touched others life's at school.Thank you for sharing such a special moment. Mary💕Fred
Something to be said about the construction of that RV .. I own a 87 PT40 and it can hold its own in build quality and running gear .. Proud of you guys and proud to see the brid getting the recognition it's due ..
I put off watching this special video a couple days because I knew it would make me cry and it did. Truly so happy for your family, The Bird and congratulations Carson!🇺🇸

Congratulations Carson! Trish, you had me crying when you told the story of the female janitor, and father.
Me too! I was crying right along with her!
So was I! Such a wonderful “proud mom” moment!
It’s my rule that no one cries alone. In person or on screen. Trish, I appreciate the vulnerability you showed us. It’s so true we stress on the suppose to be when we need to just take a breath and relax. Good for you and yay Carson
So was I! You raised your children right, I don't think you have to remind them of manners! Thanks for sharing your life with all of us.
Trish, I believe your message resonates with many of your followers. Thank you for being vulnerable to share❤️ Great job Dad&Mom❤️😃👍🏼
Crying with you, Trish! So meaningful.. Thanks for sharing this moment with us! All moms needed to hear this.

So true. That part of Carson grown up to be a kind and generous independent character was so teachable for us as viewers too 🤧
You deserve to be Proud of Carson he was raised right and that will always come through with respect. Congrats Carson!
When other people compliment your kids, you know you have done a great job raising them. pretty great mom and Dad

Poor Gary. 😂😂😂. He will have a stable home now. I really didn’t think you could have a better video than last Sunday but you did. Love it.
“Me and my Berkey, anywhere!” LOL, totally agree!!! 🤣 …And fast wi-fi, most important of all! 😍
Though I think you failed Gary, he needs sticky tac to hold him in place! 🤣
Congratulations Carson 🥳 Nothing wrong with showing the pride we have in our children and knowing he/she really listened !! Nothing better 😢 Well done Mom and Dad 🥰
Heyy!! Our camper is right next to yours! It’s the Apache 1972! It’s orange on the sides! So cool 9:32 14:29
Crying right now. Trish touched my mama heart. So proud of our boy and both of you for the way you raised him. Thank you for showing your vulnerability and putting me back in touch with all these special mama feelings.
Usually when you cry it's because you're sad but those were tears of joy knowing that you have raised your son the right way!
Proud parent moment! I'm not crying, you're crying! Congratulations Carson!
My husband and I saw the Bird and Gary yesterday! So much fun. Our time was limited, so while we were buying our tickets, we asked the woman exactly where the Bird was, so not to miss it. She gave us a look, and I said you must be asked that a lot. She said absolutely!
I'm sure I wasn't the only mom that teared up with you, Trish! You and Marc have raised a young man to be proud of! Yay, Carson!
Trish, you must be SO PROUD!!!
you have raised your children well ...
CONTINUED BLESSINGS TO YOU
BEAUTIFUL MOMMA!!!
My husband and I visited the Bird at the RV Museum 2 days ago!!!! It was so freakin cool!!!!
I am going in 2 weeks...do they allow you on the Bird?

That was maybe the best ending ever. These kids find ways to make us proud parents without ever knowing.
That was one of my very favorite episodes EVER!
Trish's comments at the end made my wife and I cry. Congratulations to Carson and to mom and dad for raising not one, but 3 seriously awesome kids!
Parents always wonder how others see our children/adults. Special moments like that are when we find out. It's showing us we did our jobs well.

you guys deserve to be proud of the young man you have raised. He is an absolutely outstanding individual and will continue to climb and do great things.
Congrats Carson, Mon and Dad raised you right and you made them proud 🥲 I am also crying
Kudos to you….America needs more mamas and daddy’s like you both!❤️
Congratulations Carson! And Mark & Trish! How many thousands of us are out here cheering you all on? Love you all so much!
Congratulations Carson! And the Bird. Be proud you’ve raised Good men. Carry on
As a long time follower - it's been a pleasure getting to watch your kids grow into such beautiful people. Congratulations to Carson!
We saw the Bird out front of the RV hall of Fame a few days ago as we were driving our rig across Indiana on I80! Yell to my wife, hey thats the Bird.
Dag-gum Trish…you made a grown man-dad cry 😢…love your heart as a Mom…my wife is so similar to you
BEST part of this entire episode was Trish loving up on her son. BOY... Even had me teared up! Congratulations folks...
Great video. The memory of Rt 66, the museum and proud parents at the graduation.
Congrats to all.
Love seeing your boys and girl grow up to be men and women. Celebrate those milestones in life, you are almost empty nesters.
Tears come when we’re so proud of our children, and I can tell you’re both so proud of him, as you should be. He’s a good young man & I gotta admit I cried a little too. He’s come a long way from that little boy in your first few videos. Congrats Carson, fly high!!!
You guys are so sweet and lucky to have such respectful children!!!
You two are great parents. Nothing wrong with the emotions it shows how much you care.
I put off watching this special video a couple days because I knew it would make me cry and it did. Truly so happy for your family, The Bird and congratulations Carson!🇺🇸
Trish I can see the pride you have in your kids. That’s awesome
