This brow pinching thing is very in Indian household. Trust me if you have headache do this and you can also pull lightly your eyelids skin, this does wonder.
Indian culture is rich 🥰 we got alot from it especially health & wellness related concepts like yoga, massages, herbs treatments, chakra (energy things), etc. Every time I discover something new which is came from east!!!

As a kid my sinuses were constantly congested and it caused my face to seem swollen. At times it was painful. Once I figured out how to massage my face (with my grubby child hands) there was a lot of relief. Haven't had that problem for a long time but if I were to receive this treatment I'd feel very nostalgic

Cha Eun Woo literally copy what this lady is doing, and always use some type of oil so you dont cause premature wrinkles over time. Going slowly with enough pressure in circles around the eye is AMAzzzziNNGGG for headaches and sinuses. When i have a headache i apply more pressure towards the temples and through the eyebrows but when its sinuses i apply more pressure towards bridge of nose and under eyes, on the bone
Whenever my sinuses are clogged up and hurting, I put pressure on the soft part of the nose bridge right between my eyes. It’s great.

I would do anything to have this done now I have been sick with covid-19 but my symptoms were mild with a high fever I slowly recovering
I have been in self isolation for over 2 weeks now I have pains all over my body I’m too weak to even self massage or take a Hot bath
It might take another week until I’m able to get my strength back
But this was calming to watch thank you ❣️

Here in India we all have habit of doing massage of our own body. In childhood it is our Moms, Grandmoms who do massage to a child. When we become adult, we ourselves do our massage after having bath. So this automatically becomes our habit..

Best thing to have done when having a severe migraine
Shes rubbing her eyebrows cheeks and nose which are the main sinus points and cheeks and brows are clogged a lot of the time (this isn't lymphatic drainage cause shes not rubbing lymph nodes lol)and this is good for stress

I have a question: I have started to do this eyebrow massage but I find the more I do it the more I feel like I have to do it... if that makes sense? Like if I skip a day or two it will feel "sore" under my eyebrows in these regions and I like have to massage it to find relief. It's almost like starting it has made my body depend on it. It's annoying!
