Hello! Long time subscriber, this is the first time I comment. That looks like a custom repaint of the old Toy Biz Marvel Legends Apocalypse BAF. I wasn't collecting Marvel Legends back then, but I've seen that BAF before.
Yeah it's supposed to look like the baf but they use completely different plastic. I've held the pieces before from the baf and those plastic pieces are much more hollow where these pieces are more solid.
