You can book the major hotels on line, small budget hotel you only have an option of booking on phone on at the reception. Google hotels in Kalangala Island and you will have a list then make your choice.
It depends on you spending budget and where you want to stay, around the beach side hotels the price is high, main land kalangala is cheaper, you check the price and book online.
