I have Saturn conjunct my natal Mars and it has definitely been a huge learning curve learning to balance these two energies. So much hard work and then it's like at times the harder you work it can work against you. Painful lessons in life indeed. Yes my father was very strict and extremely critical, very rare to ever receive any kind of compliment, he was also a very intimidating character and he intolerant of anything outside of his rules of acceptable behaviour, It is very rare for me to lose my cool, I experience anger as very internal, Scorpio Rising and lots of Taurus in my chart gives me a lot of patience and self control and exercise helps me a lot too. :) Thank you great video.

I have the opposition. Michael Jordan has the opposition too. It's hard for me to handle failure. I have this huge fear of losing that pushes me to work harder. As I've gotten older, I've realized that failure can be a good thing. It means you are pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and growing.
I love this aspect it's kind of giving to people that have it in them to become masters of themselves. Great parents can help the person go thru this smartly and get the best of it sooner.
I have the opposition of mars and saturn. This aspect has taught me to be very disciplined and independent. This aspect is probably why I am a super strict person. I love having this aspect, sometimes.

This is surprinsingly accurate. I was saturn mars opposite and until very recently, I always felt my masculinity was hurt. When I was a kid I was bullied both at school and at home by my brother (he was a child, not his fault).
Also, accertiveness is very hard for me. And when I blow up, I blow up.

This is crazy accurate. I have the square and all my life I struggle with expressing my anger. I suppress and tolerate a lot until the breaking point of chaos, where I don't even recognize myself. I put in so much work, to the point of exhaustion, and see very little results. So frustrating!
I have this placement. yes, I was noted to have a lot of patience as a child. I was the second oldest of 10 children and the only girl child. I was often expected to be very selfless, as my grandmother was. my dad really wanted me to emulate her. it was difficult, especially since my older brother bullied me a lot and any form of retaliation resulted in me getting punished, so I had no choice but to build tolerance. it also led to anger issues that was very hard for me to get rid of, but I did eventually and found sense of happiness instead. :) there was a noticeable bombardment of childhood messages on being "perfect," and it took me a long time to recognize and accept that I am a human being who is going to make mistakes, and it is OK. I think the point of this placement is to build a character that is able to persist no matter how insurmountable the task may seem. I always say, "when your best is not good enough, that is when you get better." :)

I have mars in 11th house (square saturn in the 8th), I was very bullied in childhood and I grew up hating being around people my age, feeling they were lying, that they were there for some ulterior motive, or because they didn't have someone better at the moment, or because I pushed it, I always felt very hated and like the joke was on me always. I have very low tolerance for rejection (or what I view as rejection) or any type of rudeness or behavior that isn't obviously nice, I get so angry that I rather just end the friendship. Friends and communities were always a point of conflict for me, now I've just given up and decided to keep everyone at a distance.
Yes when I can’t control my pained reactions about sth, I just eventually remove myself from it! :)

I have Ketu/Mars in the 5th w/Rahu/Sat in the 11th. SO many energies there, I can't even start to explain! lol. Anyway, most of what you said was spot-on, Lada. Thankfully, I've learned to channel my anger well so I don't explode at any given moment (when I'm angry, I will let you know!). My confidence has also increased dramatically since I started weight training. I also love to walk/hike very long distances, so when I'm stressed this is a good outlet for me. However, I've never attracted abusive partner's and I was never abused as a child. One thing I do find extremely difficult initiating is making/keeping friends...but I'm working on it! Great vid :)

Great insight as usual :) I have Mars trine Saturn, Mars is my chart ruler and Mars is in Virgo, the sign of my Sun. I'm going through my 1st Saturn return. I recently worked an emotionally abusive, completely draining job and lost my voice which had been strong for all of my life. I'm a Saturn/Sun dominant so this was world-shattering. My Saturn Return has calmed my fire dominant, mars-chart-ruler, leo/capricorn stellium self and I no longer feel as lost, torn, or aimless.

This is so accurate! I have mars - saturn conjunction in my ascendant. The way I couldn't express anger in childhood (otherwise I was beaten up) was most damaging for me. I went through many therapies and I am much better at the age of 45...😢 It's an extremely difficult configuration for the childhood and teenage years. Life gets better with age once you know how to navigate those energies in a smart way.
At around 30 years old I realised "I AM" God Realised , I Seen the" Light " literally , and Realised Immortality too... so I Am now Master consciousness , it still arises mind you now and then ,only now it dose not paralyse me like it once did, as I see through it and it dissipates quickly 👁

This is all true (mars opposition Saturn), my dad put me down every time I tried to accomplish something, it was never good enough. He would come to my concerts races etc and always comment on how other people were great and ignore my performance or say it was fine. If I got a 96%, why not a 98%? Nothing was ever good enough and he was also verbally abusive. It has made me really scared to try competitive things. If I think I won’t get something for sure I don’t even try, because I have so much anxiety about failing. I hate putting together furniture as well lol and am only good at long distance and endurance sports.

I have Mars square Saturn. I love sports! Very hard on myself. I attract bullies & have a hard time saying no to others.
I have Sagittarius Mars (22°36') that is squaring my Piscean Saturn (17°52'). My action, will and temperament is manifested in the first way you described i.e. - I tend to just take on negativity, criticism and abuse from people to ignore or consume it. I always try to suppress my anger and feelings of resentment, but if I've reached my maximum I will blow up like a supernova

No aspect
I have several of these aspects in spades. Moon is conjunct Saturn across the Ascendant and they are in opposition to Mars. Moon 11 degrees, Ascendant 12 degrees, Saturn 13 degrees, all Capricorn, Mars 14 degrees Cancer. Not only has most of my life been difficult in exactly the ways you say, but since 2008 my life has been torn apart. I have lost my job, my car, apartment, the rest of my money, my retirement savings, most of my possessions, and several people important to me. My health has become bad. I had to borrow money from someone, then couldn't get work to pay it back, and feel terribly guilty because he needed it. I have had to move back into my mother's house in my 50s and become a burden on her which has not helped our relationship that was never a good one. All the big planets seem to be enjoying torturing me, playing games, moving across hard aspects to my planets and retrograding repeatedly across them, activating and re-activating my difficulties. I'm getting so tired. Born 25October1960, birth certificate says 12:47 afternoon in Lansing, Michigan, USA.

I have a Y in this aspect the highest points Capricorn in both Mars and Saturn. Both are placed in the 2nd House. I'm not a really into sports but I do work in sales because I need to win, I like the pressure. I'm extremely hard on myself about not preforming well. This is very spot on for me all of it really.

I have this , Saturn at 18 Sagittarius, Mars at 29 Gemini. Moon is also at 25 Gemini so I have moon/saturn opposition too. I'm wondering if moon/saturn opposition is as harsh as the conjunction?
Mars is my atmakaraka and is Vargomatta in my d9 chart ,and my ASC ruler in d1 and d9, so I always wondered why I am more submissive, afraid of asserting myself. I have dealt with a lot of disappointment and rejection early in life that has led me to act the way I do in order to protect myself.
I noticed I also have Saturn and Mars mutual aspect in d9. (So I'm also wondering if you're saying this aspect lessens after age 35, is that because d9 begins to take affect? But what if you have this aspect in d9 too?) In my d9 I have Mars at 29 Gemini and Saturn at 18 Virgo. So Mars aspecting saturn with its 4th aspect, Saturn aspect Mars with its 10th aspect.

Hi, I'm a triple water sign with ascendant in cancer, sun in Scorpio, and moon/ascendant lord in Pisces.But I also have a Saturn moon conjunction with Saturn and Mars mutually aspecting each other. Saturn is at 19 degrees Pisces and moon 17 degrees Pisces in the 9th house. Mars is in the 6th house of Sagittarius at 28 degrees doing the 4th house aspect this tight Saturn moon conjunction(I usually feel as if my moon and Saturn are one planet combined, and not separate entities) and Saturn is in turn doing the 10th house aspect on my Mars and Mercury in Sagittarius(but Mars and Mercury are not in conjunction)So apart from the usual Mars Saturn aspect, it's different because Saturn hardens the moon and makes it cold, whereas Mars agitates and toughens this already cold moon.Could you please tell you what you know about such contradicting features? My Mars in Leo in the 12th is part of a Grand Cross opposing Sun/Saturn conjunction in Aquarius in the 6th and squaring Moon in Taurus in the 9th at the midheaven and Neptune in Scorpio in the 3rd. Much of what you said is true for me. My father was an abusive alcoholic, mother was very religious and somewhat controlling, but very hardworking and never drank. The one thing I could control was my grades, and I was driven to excel, graduating class valedictorian. I still lack enough strength to stand up for myself at times and it still frustrates me. When pushed to the extreme, I find that courage and occasionally rage like a small volcano. But, having Jupiter in Pisces keeps me hopeful.
Just came upon this video. I have Saturn and Mars conjunct 25° in the 12th House Leo and it has been the biggest challenge in my life. Before I knew astrology, I would tell people that I felt like I was wearing a straight jacket most of my life with asserting myself, because I haven’t been able to until I got into my 40s. I had abusive parents, not just a little, I’m talking extreme. I also have attracted abusive relationships from both men as romantic partners and woman as friends. I feel like I’m on the other side of that now as I have learned boundaries and how to assert myself. The only bonus I see to these two planets being conjunct, is at least when they get aspected, it happens at the same time as opposed to dealing with twice as many aspects of they were in different houses and not conjunct. Lol gotta find the silver lining in it.

Shruti Reddy hi Shruti, it means you have Saturn and Mars on angles in your horoscopes! This is a tough one--more obstacles on the path of the person, and usually they are attracted by the person because they feel like this is what they deserve. But little by little the person starts overcoming tough situations and achieving and with this confidene in personal abilities comes. Ususally Saturn matures from 30 to 35 so around 35 a person can be quite close to overcoming these fears and feelings
So true frustrating and debilitating , I have been plagued with this all my life , been subjected to quite a lot of abuse , like I have kick me stamped on my forehead, it has prevented me from attaining many goals due to this fear , I believe my square is almost exact too , all started with my cruel farther ( Capricorn) !! Equally when I do get pushed right to the edge my rage has literally manifested as a white light where the person somehow vanished right in front of my very eyes , I have also had the Tantric enlightenment literally being reborn in a "blinding Light" and crying ( impersonally ) like a New Born Baby through the physical womb of my then partner ,; wow I could write a book regarding the effects of this Mars Saturn Square has had on me , but then again when you said about your Mars Pluto Square , I thought to my self , it sounds even worse then my ♈️♑️⏹ aspect .... my mars is in the 8th house in Pisces at 29.15° n Saturn aspecting it from 6th house in Capricorn with 24°retrograde.
so is this really bad or mars being 29+° it gets neutralised?

hi actually this aspect is quite weak, not as powerful as it is 13 degrees orb which is a lot and it is the weaker square aspect

hi, everything I say in the video will be valid, but they will impact often the social life and friendships for the person. Actually it is not a bad positive for these 2 planets are 11th house from Ascendant is an upachaya-house--which means it improved a lot after time and is a house which requires efforts and hence difficult planets there make the person put more efforts and discipline in reaching their dreams and long term goals(11th house) and works in that direction with focus sometimes pushing themselves too hard even, but that is not bad!

Hi Tyler, how old are you? Usually Saturn gets better and better with age--Saturn's lessons are learnt only through effort, time and personal experience. I know a great remedy for saturn blues--but it requires some effort: fresh organic food-minimum meat, focus on the orange, yellow and red fruits and veggies, eat them raw. This raises the vibration of the whole body and infuses Sun energy which counteracts the lower vibe of Saturn. But most importantly, have a direct contact with the Sun! Start meeting the sunrise and watch it straight with your eyes for a few minutes. If you do this in a few days in a row you will see an amazing change in mood and positivity. But you need to do it with a spiritual intention, like you are looking at a Divine representative of God. Christ is physically represented by the Sun. If you do this more often, you can permanently solve the problem of Saturn.
