Hi drongo, Just a question. At the start of your video how are you building the meditation gardens AND the jiangnan tower at the same time??? I cant get close to that timing always 10 seconds off. And I just rewatched it seeing that some how your building meditation garden still while building the tower??? That does not become availible to me until after the garden has finished? a explanation would be great cheers mate.
Hey drongo, I still find myself going fast castle in some matchups just because it's fun and I like the monks but I have noticed that I tend to lose these games and I win way more with just going 2 TC song. Is there any matchup where the fast castle is viable? Or like in which circumstances is it good?
@@yz8520 Yeah and at the end he actually says it would be good against the english because longbows are the counter against Zhuge Nu. Also I think against byzantines it can be good because they can also get longbows.
how do i share replay for you to watch? i started aoe late December last year and have been having fun (-having to fight OP JD and ZL) climbing rank i had match VS plat mongol that had me cornered the entire match i wanted to know why he quit
with this build order, how to play against FC Japanese or Ayubbish? I always find it difficult to deal with castle age knight when these 2 civs FC. They just camp in my base and kill my vils
Generally getting sick I find is more to do with stress, diet, lack of sleep. Sometimes it's the disrupted sleep that's the worst one with small children. But dairy kills me too personally
I dont get it I get the mass of units, but my zhugenu always loses in a straight up battle vs horse/archer OR vs ayubids vs their OP man at arms. I am SC2 Master league player btw, I hit the timings, but... The Zhugenu deal absolutely no damage vs armored units. I dont get whats the point of massing just them? The only success I had using zhugenu is having 3 separate control groups, attacking ASAP and killing villagers on the outskirts vs non cavalry civs while getting my own horses up and castle age. (Essentialy just trying to buy time and delaying their castle vs my castle age). However I feel RUS is much stronger than Zhu Xi atm. and that its overhyped.
It's because the Zhuge do a minimum of 3 damage so when you reach a critical mass even armored units will be picked off from focus fire while you kite backwards or die while tied down by spears.
Anyone that is good at scouting is going to see what you are doing and send someone to idle your Med Gardens and mass heavy units and/or horsemen to deal with the Zukes. There is a counter to every strategy. IMO this works best on smaller maps where you can get back to the safety of your base if you run into a mass of horses or heavy units.

NVM figured it out. You have to push T for early access as it is not on the bar until med goes down but u can still build it earlier. Ty ty for video.

@@caspuchiha Byzantines longbows production is delayed and lower. So not so much an issue with them.

My mans.. you need to look up tier lists.. almost all of them have this civ at the very top..
Need to have wheelbarrow faster, and building two houses is wood inefficient. You get to archery ranges faster if you use the villages earlier.

To get the mangonels you need to be in Castle. At 10 mins you can have 50 Zukes on the field. Good luck dealing with that if you're going fast castle.
