Is it more expensive to use conventional stud framing and sheathing between timbers, instead of SIPs? I just don't like foam and want to use Rockwool insulation.
Absolutely, with the proper air and water barrier plus a rain screen product you should be able to execute a stucco facade with no issues. All types of cladding should be able to be used with SIP construction.

Can you use stucco as final finish outside walls without messing SIP ?
