Donington is just the most incredible landscape and provides fantastic racing! Great weekend of racing, wish i was there.

I guess what some people don't realise is that gravel trap on the inside of the craner curves is deeper than most to make sure cars either get buried in it or even roll like the fiesta did.
Rollovers might look scary but the alternative is the car potentially sliding back across the track and being t-boned, which is a much worse accident for the drivers than a rollover where the energy can be disappated more easily than one big impact

Also interesting that they cut away from it on the live steam and didn't replay it when the driver got straight out and they must've known they were okay immediately.
Weird censorship of crashes going on over there. ...

@@JDMedia-race it was halfway through the rolls, they have a policy of not filming accidents or replaying them apparently
