Can I just say thank you! I get stuck in a rut with my dinner choices. I made the moussaka but with turkey mince and a cheeky layer of lasagne sheets, so it was effectively a mousagne 🤣 but it was delicious! Great recipe. I’m making your beef stew with dumplings on Friday. Happy days. 👍🏻😘

Nice meals, if you don’t mind me saying the Moussaka meat sauce should be a thicker consistency & add a little oregano, nutmeg & cinnamon, you’ll taste the difference & some nutmeg & Parmesan in the white sauce, everyone cooks different just a tip lol x

I didn't know red wine stock cubes existed until recently.. they are just delicious!! However, some actual red wine works just as well in these recipes too :) I am so pleased you have found my channel too and I hope you like my future videos too :) xxx

These all look so tasty ! We love stir fry’s in our house but I usually just use soy & fish sauce but I feel it’s always lacking something so I will definitely try your recommendations. I love your foody postings as you explain everything so well . Could I add some veggies to the lasagne like mushrooms and courgettes? Xx
yes most definitely add more into your lasagnas.. I love using lots of different ingredients as then each time you make it, it will be slightly different and so full of flavour :) the stir fry sauce is so tasty.. I also use it as my marinade for salmon.. its so yummy and compliments it so well too :) xxx
