To me personally The 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster is the most beautiful car ever build replica or not this car is a rolling work of art. Like the Mona Lisa of cars. I'm serious.!
With the exception of some of the body fit and slight warping I think it looks good overall. I really like the color. The biggest negative is the wheels.
Always been my fav car. I remember about 20 years ago I dreamed about this kit and wanted it so bad. I saved up thousands to get it one day, I was only like 12. Good times.
My hats off to you, your car and this channel!! Your Lambo looks and sounds great! I enjoy watching your vids/interviews involving Lambo’s and replicas! I’m finishing up an I.F.G. Lambo Diablo 6.0 replica w/LT1 Vette V8. Thnx again. ✌🏽
It’s definitely a Labour of love building a car from scratch I’m 1 and a half years into building my countach but I think I will appreciate the car more than if I just bought somebody else’s. It’s a lovely Diablo you have 👍
@@Replicas_Kits_or_Customs I have been watching your videos over the last couple of years. I couldn’t believe you nearly sold your countach 🙈 . You very know we mite just do that one day 😉. I did watch, cool stuff, there are two similar stories on this side of the pond but I'm not sure they will ever get told until the ones that pulled it off are pushing up daisies😉
My two cents. Put a simple glass pack on a 3.1 V6 and be amazed by how good it sounds. And at the improved fuel economy and performance. I imagine on a 3.8 it would be even better.
I have driven a real Diablo SV, and they are really harsh, analog, and brutal! A lot of vibration and overall an insane car. I'm sure that if you somehow snuck a crazy engine in this thing, it wouldn't be that far off.

Noticed a slick old Fierro at a dealership that advertised with us. Asked about it and they had either bought it at a sale or taken it in on trade. Wildwood brakes, Eibach suspension. 18" expensive wheels. They couldn't get engine cover open but told me that it had a Northstar caddy engine in it. They would sell me some things at what they had it em. $4500. I was in. Cranked it up. Instantly knew...no Northstar. Told em, not really car guys, they just sold em, "may be a Cadillac engine but ain't no Northstar". Finally got hatch up. Yep, Cadillac boat anchor engine. Dude that built it was using money that he embezzled from company he worked for so spared no expense. EXCEPT he got screwed on the engine. Was supposed to be the Northstar. Wuda been ultimate sleeper. Well, after quieting it down a bit. Sounded like loud GT Mustang. Ran ok but nothing like a Northstar would have. Bought it anyway. Great paint, cold air, ran cool so really too good to cut and stretch for Lambo kit. So traded it for bought half of cost to build my 40x60x13 garage. I did ok. BTW, this guys kit car looked great but did nothing to dress up engine bay plus there are several places that will drop a LS Vette engine or Northstar in there and done right. At least be able to kinda back up the look. My opinion and have the real thing but kits are still cool done right. L8r

It is one thing to replicate a look you can check back and forth countless times. But creating a driveable car is something you have to have knowledge about and import all of that in the build from the start. All you can do later is adjust coils, tire pressure and maybe some tidbits but that's it. If the chasis has a bad joint creating or multiplying vibrations you can't do anything about it anymore once it's done.

No different than a hot rod or a custom built car. Once inspected a vin is created for the car so insurance etc... can cover the car.
@@Replicas_Kits_or_CustomsIf the tub remains the same so the VIN stays with the car and is still registered as a Fiero.
