Society has wrongly taught us that we have from 18 to 30 to figure absolutely everything out, and once you hit 30 it's all over - you're too old and yata yata. No wonder everyone is depressed and anxious. Thankfully, this couldn't be further from the truth. If you're not happy, start taking action to turn your life around, regardless of your age. Remember these stories that Joe mentioned (the woman in her 60s who started powerlifting, the people in their 70s who got back to dating, etc.) If a youngster tells you that your prime is long past, just ignore them and walk away. You're the only one who truly knows what you're capable of 💪🏻

In a weird way it woke me up. I decided to actually do something about my mental health, I enrolled in school, looking for a different job, bought a dirt bike so I could enjoy the outdoors more. When I was younger, around age 13. I knew exactly what I wanted to do in life. I had a whole plan. I knew which university I was already going to. I basically knew my entire life script. I even had a RUclips channel that was successful and founded a large group of fans for my RUclips Channel, and Discord. Up until age 17 which is where my life changed forever. I had an existential crisis. Lots of questions, anxiety, and depression. I stopped doing RUclips, isolated myself, stopped talking to my fans on discord and RUclips. I basically vanished. I haven't told my parents of my channel bc I thought it would be weird and they would think differently of me. Now I work a 9-5 that I hate because that's what my parents want of me. Now I am about to go to college which I don't have that much of an interest in. I think my true interest is doing RUclips, and I have so much REGRET because I stopped. I'm am now 20 years old. No one supported me in the best decisions I made. That realization was powerfull for me and I would support young people to try to get know themselves for real and respect, love and nourish that. It was easy in my 20s and much of my 30s to just push for my own goals and accomplishments and career and such. It becomes much of a challenge for me to try to realize I'm just one of a multitude of human beings , and my life accomplishments , physique, goals, etc. Don't make me a "better" human being than my disabled neighbor or elderly man who is 80 years old, or high school track star , etc.

He was an actor and a comedy guy since the 90s. I remember him on the show newsradio. Martial arts has been a lifelong hobby for him as it is for me. He was also a ufc commentator early on when 'mma wasn't even a thing or considered cool'. He's smart for the doing the podcast thing when he did because he stopped acting all together or stopped getting acting jobs. He is not an *overnight* succes. He is very intelligent and sharp in keeping himself successful in the celebrity world in his own way by keep his name pop culturally relevant. He's not a-lister, but definitely a b-list or c-list. EVERYONE does a podcast now but Rogan did it when celebrities DID NOT HOST podcast and those platforms was beneath them because it's wasn't mainstream.
