Edit: I want to add this for whatever it’s worth … if I were to describe my general disposition at any given moment in time, or at least what I try to strive for and where i try to maintain my balance, is that I try to default to a calm general stoicism, but allow an inner space to 'feel', and know that feelings are going to happen, and they're going to come and go, and to not pass judgement on them, forgive myself for positive and negative emotions and opinions, and remember that none of us are perfect and we're all at some stage of trying to make sense, or make peace with ourselves and the world around us.
This kind of content is awesome. I think you should keep doing it. Also, on a different note, I love your whole outlook on the whole self development side of everything. It is more trying to make it more personal for each person, instead of copying and pasting from person to person trying to make everyone the same.
Bought a cold plunge recently. It has brought me so much calm, feminine energy. This has given the needed balance as being on SR, the masculine energy can get way to overwhelming. I love the devine femine and being emotionally intune with the world, Thank you for everything brother.
