I am in the UK. I own a "C3 E Midi Grand" manufactured by Yamaha in 1989. It is a C3 acoustic piano much as in your video, but with MIDI functionality. That midi system is presumably is a Yamaha proprietary system - but I cannot find any technical description of it on Yamaha's web sites. I need to have the action taken out of the piano for M&R work. Unfortunately I have not yet found any local piano tech (Yamaha trained or otherwise) who is prepared to tackle the removal/refit process, as they are worried about damaging the electric wiring looms. Can you suggest who I can contact in Yamaha for advice - in English language.
