Seems like the only way to access the hatch is off scaffolding or some elevating machine. Do you own the one you are using or will you just rent one in the future if you need access?
We own two sets of scaffolding, both two levels tall. One with outdoor wheels, one with indoor wheels. Of course you can mix and match to make the mother of all scaffolding. ;) An elevating machine would be amazing, but we’ve never found one at a compelling price.
