So how does a single mum, working full time, living in a city fit into this idyllic home schooling, let’s go look at the stars setup??! I’m sorry, this talk was extremely one sided
I think her main message is be kind to yourself relax and remember that you are the parent your child/ren need so don't compare your family with others. Do what's best for yours.
All parents do struggle. The thing is, how would parents be parents to their kids in God's ways. The Lord makes ways when our hearts desire for it.
I think you take what can work for you from this. Especially with the internet you can perhaps find a speaker/writer who speaks more to your unique situation. One writer can’t provide all the answers for everyone and that’s ok!
Just make time for them and talk to them
Have you heard the Ricky Gervais joke about someone posting an ad for guitar lessons and right away someone comes up and gets mad, ‘I don’t want guitar lessons!’
Well then that sign isn’t for you! Your comment reminds me of that
