    ತಿಳಿಸಾರು is the right name for the authentic Kannada recipe that had been constantly misspelled over the years by many including Kannadigas.
    Similarly dose is spelt as dosa

      True that the Coastal side of our state has some splendid dishes and has a lot of diverse nature in both veg and and non veg but can't call it the best . Every region has some specials in both veg and non veg except north karnataka, they are only pioneers in the veg and big let down in meaty dishes. Kannadigas are lucky to savour various types of cuisines unlike keralites or tamilians

    Hi Sir
    We really love the smile and your presentation, everything is sheer professional . i started loving food after watching your recomandation.
    one thing i have observed ,sometimes the menu you get served will not be available to comman customers and also its same with the hospitality.
    to mention not all hotels have same ethics and hospitality you see .
    i request you make secret visit or revisit your recomended hotels to check if they still on the same style. sorry ,i know that not your work but we your followers belive you, because
    we fequently plan family gatherings in the hotels you visit but few hotels were not upto the mark of your standard.
    sorry its my personal thought, but your work is excellent and please keep it on.

      He does go once to the place incognito before taking the crew there, and he takes the crew only if he feels the place is worth it. But it’s inevitable that any establishment will put its best foot forward in front of the camera and that’ll not always be the case with all customers.

    • @FoodLoversTV
      @FoodLoversTV  3 года назад +14

      Hi Madhusudhan, happy you enjoy our work. The starting point for us when we select an establishment for an episode is what customers think of the place. Do customers love the place, if so, what do they like about the food, favourite dishes, etc....That to us is the most important factor, where we are unsure, I go incognito beforehand, unannounced, when possible. And then take the final call. Walking into an establishment with a production crew unannounced and expecting to be let into the kitchen to film in the manner we would like to, isn't practical, in our opinion. Having said that, would like to reiterate that the stating point for an establishment to be considered is its goodwill amongst customers who frequent the place. To your point, it is possible that sometimes even a good eatery can waver, that's the nature of the product. Cheers!

    Kripalamanaji, some of the hotels prepare special for only for you and your team, because you are a celebrity go with your team with cameras. But when a lay man goes food will be totally different. Big example for this is New Modern Hotel, Minarva Circle. Even when we visited Udupi Sri Krishna Bhavan food is very different.
