Every word said by prakash is deep and true! Also, kannada is losing its ground not because of North Indians but our own kannadigas who don't have pride in themselves.
Nothing personal but most of the north Karnataka people neither have any love for kannada. More or less they've joined hands with North Indians in every aspect. Be it speaking in Hindi or being in good terms with them at the workplace for personal benefits particularly in IT.
I have many north Karnataka friends whom I know do this.

35:00 When DK Shivkumar was minister he spoiled KPTCL by removing rule that 'Kannada can be learnt after posting it should not be made mandatory" . Now Mallus are filled in KPTCL. Congress have done more damage as equal to BJP.

More problem is Kannada exam which is for namesake like get 50 marks out of 150. When we check the paper we can see how much quality it has like tranlate passage from Kannada to English and vice versa and odd one out. Like this majority of Telugu has entry in KPTCL and they try internally everything to make sure more Telugu people gets the jobs in Government sector. How will Kanandigas get job in KPTCL if like this rules are there which are not present in AP, Telangana and TN. In those states, will not be allowed to apply itself for other state candidates and won't conduct any language exam like in Karnataka.
Good point, but again if given to kannadigas alone there's casteism from these politicians n dirty swamyjis as "namma huduga ri avnige aa job kodi" due to which all community dont get jobs I see specific surnamesfrom specific communities too much in certain areas of karnataka dominating in govt sectors instead give it equally to all karnataka communities basednon talent not on reservation or caste

But the matter is about jobs for Kannadigas in government sector of Karnataka based on merit. When other states won't even allow to apply itself, what's the point of putting red carpet here. First of all,in my point of view the guest was too knowledgable for the anchor or it may be that he was not well prepared in advance but the fact is that it was clear one sided show by Shri. Belavadi sir...The interview was just going great with some great knowledgable things but all of a sudden the anchor remembered that he want some masala and started asking about wife and personnel things but the guest cleverly took it back on track.....(ಆ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ತರದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು, ಆ ಕೃತಕ ನಗು,ಸ್ವತಃ ನಾನು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದವನಾದರೂ ಈ ನಿರೂಪಕ ಮಹಾಶಯ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆ ಭಾಷೆಯ ರೀತಿ ಯಾಕೋ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಆದ ಹಾಗಿತ್ತು)
