Eligibility is stcw courses and INDos certification
Passport copies must be scanned properly specialy first page last page and page where passport issuing authority signature and stamp is present.
Documents required for CDC

White background photo (3.5 x 3.5).
D.G. approved basic STCW'2010 courses.
Indos Certificate.
D.G. approved Medical fit certificate.
Pass-port copy.
Pan Card/Aadhar Card/Voting Id.
Who is eligible for Indian CDC?
Who is eligible for an Indian CDC? Crew registered via recruiting and placement service supplier must hold Directorate General (DG) approved STCW 2010 and INDOS number can apply for an Indian Seaman's Book. Crew must have completed minimum qualification of SSC (10TH STD) and should be medically fit.
