In this episode, we show you, friends, a movie set: Anthony Quinn Bay, a picturesque beach named after the famous actor who fell in love with this secluded corner of Rhodes while filming "The Guns of Navarone." You will also find out what a war has to do with this amazing place. Then we continue your journey to the Prophet Elijah Church, perched high in the hills. This small Christian sanctuary holds a special place in the hearts of locals and visitors alike. According to biblical tradition, the prophet Elijah sought refuge in a cave on this very spot, making it a place of wonder and spirituality. And then.... the majestic Monolithos Castle. Standing proudly atop a towering rock formation, the castle's ancient walls and imposing architecture evoke a sense of mystery. Built by the Knights of Saint John, the castle served as a stronghold against invaders, its secret chambers and passages whispering tales of the past.
Back in Rhodes town, it is time for traditional trachian music and dance. You will find out more about a very interesting instrument!!!

În acest episod, vă arătăm, dragi prieteni, un platou de film: Golful lui Anthony Quinn, cu o plajă pitorească numită după celebrul actor care s-a îndrăgostit de acest colț retras al Rhodosului în timp ce filma „The Guns of Navarone”.
