Thanks, Matt and Tyler, for an interesting discussion on WINA and TRNO. Neither interest me primarily because their dividend yields are too low for me. Further, WINA is outside of my general investment interest, and TRNO is too expensive with a forward P/FFO of 28 which I consider expensive for a REIT. I currently own PLD and STAG in the industrial REIT space and have done well with both.
@@morehn yeah, people are really paying up for quality. Look at Heico, FICO... it's a little insane. Would love to see a 10% pullback on WINA to make things interesting.
