Our government can give more! I get angry at women having children after children & they get all medical bills paid by Medicaid & hundred in food stamps. Then to people who really need it that become disabled years before they could get Social Security. I’m one of them. My rent goes up every year & it’s never enough to cover it. I just saw something about Lemonade that really scared me, though I don't know where it originated. It was just.....not even a complete sentence......like the middle part of this sentence, but it said that their growth was something like 16%, but their marketing for that growth had grown to 47%, so it concluded that it was having to work harder & harder to achieve that growth. It actually looked like it was attached to this video, before I clicked on it, but maybe I'm remembering wrong. The worst part was that it seemed to say the exact opposite of what you're saying......that it would NOT be profitable in the foreseeable future, although maybe that was something from 2022. I started panicking, and now I'm thinking maybe that was a couple of years ago? If it's true that they will be profitable soon, could you make another video, because I was panicking so much that I was really thinking of selling, soon, but now you're saying that they will be profitting soon. That's totally different, right? I bought shares too high, so bought many more as they went down. I sold calls on them, but could now buy those calls back for cheaper. GM makes the worst vehicles driven on U.S. roads and highways. I think you should reconsider that position. Also it’s a very capital intensive business, so I’d steer clear from automobile stocks. Berkshire Hathaway stock is approximately one-third of my entire net worth.

You don't explain how all that cash received from NVDY effects the overall return. You only look at the price performance of the ETF vs the stock. Of course the stock performs better. However, the owner of NVDY received a ton of cash from the dividends that can be reinvested for more shares.

Thanks, Matt and Tyler, for an interesting discussion on GM and SLM. Neither interest me for many reasons but primarily because the dividend yield is too low for me as a dividend investor.

I think they can offer a free tier and absolutely crush FM. Then it becomes a media monopoly. They also own Pandora so it's not like they aren't on the streaming market.

I traded $OPEN a few years ago, glad I got out. But appreciate the video, definitely gonna look into it again! Where I like Zillow and Realtor seem to be the go to, but definitely interested to see how they can disrupt the others.

I like QS. I'm very much rooting for them and VW to succeed (I just wish VW could do better software!). The only issue I have is that trying to nail down the next big battery technology, is like trying to pin the tail on a violently bucking donkey. This space seems to be moving fast and so much is happening. What about Sodium Ion batteries, Zinc batteries, Graphene batteries etc? And it wasn't long ago that Toyota confirmed a significant breakthrough on a 750 mile solid state battery too.

I’m buying open for the short lived optimism alone that will come with possibly 6 rate cuts this year. Long-term, I still feel unsure about this company, especially in a market where sellers are needing to not be under. Offering for 470 cash on a home worth 510 worked in 2022 because sellers were still seeing hundred percent profit and had cash in hand. That won’t be nearly as appealing now that everyone is under on their equity and weighing choices more carefully. I don’t even think the rate real estate agents are charging today is realistic with the current price of homes and equity depletion. This industries in for a wake up. And yes, I am a homeowner who bought in Austin Texas during 2022. Saw My Home climb an additional 60,000 in evaluation and then plummet 100,000. Will I accept an open door offer at 20,000 less than I already depleted evaluation? no. Will I pay real estate agent 30,000 to sell my home that is already at a loss? no

Aren't Ford currently losing money on the big/expensive EV's they're currently selling? I am constantly astounded by legacy auto. To let a tiny upstart like Tesla, come out of nowhere and (together with BYD) dominate EVs, is unforgivable. GM had an EV in the 90s! They should be way ahead. But now the hill is bigger than ever to climb. Their margins are worse, their tech & software is worse. I wouldn't be surprised if they both need a taxpayer bailout to climb this. They're already being protected with tariffs. If it were upto me, the management teams would be fired. Even if Americans don't want EVs, the global market does. Because most people have figured out they don't need a 500 mile car. (This might be a negative comment, but I do love your videos!)

I have owned Apple shares since 2013 and have an unrealized gain of 1,449.45% gain on those shares, and am thinking about trimming my large position early next year, but I will not sell all of our shares.
