It’s HILARIOUS. I don’t think he’s ever even been arrested. But it’s also worrisome bc even though he’s done a lot to help fight addiction- that kind of talk comes across as having those kind of life experiences make your cooler. And believe me they don’t. That’s why mike… Someone who has been sober for a decade… Still talks about his addiction and embellished ways to try and make it sound dangerous instead of what it was… Pathetic. Because he still feels like a loser. I know because I still feel like one. Do you know what his rock bottom was? For reference, most peoples is getting arrested, sent to jail, overdosing, selling their mothers, priceless heirloom or assaulting a family member when in withdrawals and insane… Something like that. Usually several of those things. Mike? He was living in his mothers house, smoking crack in his bedroom. Crack makes you paranoid. His grandfather lived there also and was dying of Parkinson’s and that day, he was calling for help because he fell or some thing and mike was too strung out and Paranoid to come help him and the next day he woke up and was like “holy shit I gotta go to Rehab”. Now… Don’t get me wrong good for him that something like that made him realize that he had to change his ways because most people it takes a lot more than that. But I just find it funny that even his rock bottom is the most middle class thing I’ve ever heard lol like he’s living in the suburbs with his mom day-smoking crack. There is literally nothing tough or gangster about him. He’s a middle-class mama’s boy opioid addict. And as for the other drugs, I never thought I’d do crack, either… But once you’ve done heroin… saying no to anything else seems a little silly. I’m joking, but it’s true- and if you can imagine being in that state, it makes sense. It just annoys me so much because it spreads the stigma that addiction has something to do with personality or what type of person you are or how you grow up or who you hung around when in reality, it has to do with having substance consumption fixated obsessive compulsive disorder. That’s it. The only difference between me and mike and Hasan, or someone else who is not an addict is that when me and mike tried alcohol when we were teenagers we had no idea that we were opening Pandora’s box. That’s why you’ll hear every single addict say the same thing about the first time they drank, or got high: That they felt like an emptiness or hole inside of them was filling for the first time, and that they were finding something they didn’t even realize they had always been looking for. It eased the anxiety that had previously just been the way we felt. And at first, it felt like a cure, not a problem, because of that. Like any compulsion. When someone w germ OCD first starts a hand washing routine, it makes them more relaxed- until it’s not enough and they have to do it longer, more times, harder… until it controls their life. Sound familiar to what I’ve been talking about? Same w any addiction; By the time it feels like a problem, you’re long gone. Deep in the hole. You know… Like an obsessive compulsion. Anyway, I am literally a 5 foot three female who has been arrested twice and I would never try to act like I was street lol. Am I more streetwise than the average person? Obviously. But I know what kind of addict I am. A middle class white millennial opioid addict. Police legit call the males “mamas boy junkies”. Stg (Bc they all get drug $ from their moms and call their moms for help.)
Nah Hasan is greatly overestimating it RUclipsrs were not making hundreds of millions of dollars at the time even with the brand deals, I think in the tens of millions is a more realistic range, either way it was an absurd amount of money.
@@noahleach7690 no it just takes some critical thinking, there's maybe only a very small number of RUclipsrs that leveraged their brand enough to break a hundred million in net worth, but those are only the ones who started major and successful businesses like Teddy Fresh and make up brands. And that's nowadays, back at that time it was even less the case since online content creators were smaller.
@@Dell-ol6hb both Aubrey and hasan talked about the reasons he could’ve had that much, mainly being advertisements, ik this might be hard to hear but arrogantly saying ‘critical thinking’, doesn’t make your opinion automatically correct

47:40 man this shit annoys me so bad. Chatters asking if he covered something always get so much shit as if theyr'e supposed to have been watching him all day.
he does that all the time, idk why he expects mfer to just watch the entire stream but on the otherhand I guess it must be annoying if you're constantly getting asked the same question about something you already addressed
Exactly. My dad was an addict and when he recovered, he was still a shitty person. Yes, people can make mistakes and still be good in some ways, but Hasan was defending him too hard.
It’s the misconception that drugs make people do things that are completely out of character/ make you become a different person. When really they just lower inhibitions. If you’re doing sh*tty things while on drugs, you’ve already had that in you. That belief causes people to think once an addict is clean, then they’re a good person again
@@randomlad830 Hard agree. I understand the baseline respect Hasan has for Mike but him being in recovery has nothing to do with the value of his character. It feels like Hasan is very involved in the political discussions of addiction and recovery, but he hasn't had a lot of first-hand experience with addicts themselves.
My ex bought some of those "colour blindness curing" glasses for his dad around that time. His reaction was underwhelming af lol, he was just like, yeah, nothing has really changed..
1:13:21 Wtf is this? A chatter brings up a very good point, and Hasan just goes full babyrage mad. Like Hasan himself will tell you that people aren't who they appear to be online, yet he expects his chat to trust his word and Mike's online image on a single podcast. Come on, man...
Hasan does this when it comes to content creators. If people don't automatically switch their opinion because they sort of apologized, then he dismisses the comment.

Obviously rehabilitation is amazing etc but I disagree that I would think of Mike differently in the real world. I’m pretty sure I would find him snakey for being involved with a scam and riding so hard for a guy like Logan Paul and wouldn’t want to be around him. That’s not sanctimonious or political and no it’s not a symptom of the mindset of the left or anything. I don’t ‘despise’ Mike. I see him (at least what he’s shown to the public) to be completely untrustworthy and opportunistic.
And then if you try to do that in some form of discussion, he just dismisses you as a debate pervert so he can continue his "I'm right, you're wrong, because I'm right" attitude. And I agree with him in terms of rehabilitation not punishment. Its just he's actually the embodiment of what he was talking about an attitude that makes "the left" unpalatable for most people.

shane dawson really truly called the wrong paul brother a sociopath 😅 jake is very clearly negatively emotionally effected by his life and choices - logan is not. dude's eyes are empty and his conscience is unbothered. he had to LEARN empathy performance.
My data visualization class just finished up our final projects for the semester. One student used data from RUclips for his project and when trying to graph most disliked channels and videos he ended up having to exclude Logan Paul entirely because it skewed the data so badly.
Maybe I'm overthinking this or being weirdly parasocial (idk), but I feel a little off about the Mike thing. I'm sure if you don't look at his relation to Logan, he is a decent person. However, if you take into account that he continues to stand by Logan regardless of all he's done, I don't think you can say he's amazing. If that's the sort of person you choose to continue to support, I don't think I like what that says about you. Hasan can like him, I don't care about that, but his response to the pushback was intense. Shortly after becoming angry about the pushback regarding Mike, he considers it okay to make fun of people who lost thousands of dollars. Sure it might be stupid to not be more critical of something a youtuber does before putting large amounts of money into it, but I'm sure they've beaten themselves up about it enough by now. Idk. Feels icky to me.
i will always preach how fucked up logan is for taking advantage of puerto rico. as someone who is puerto rican and has familial connections to its poorest areas, living in San Juan and using its tax freedoms as a loophole is sickening.
Annnnd that Reddit post Hasan resorted to in order to support his idea that Pewdiepie is a 100 millionaire didn't take into account either tax (something Pewdiepie used to bitch about constantly) or business expenses (editors, game devs, actually having merch made, other staff). It also doesn't show its sources.
Mike majlak has said/done some pretty sexist things in the past. Ironically I think it’s privileged of you as a man to move forward from it without even its consideration. People judge influencers differently than normal people because they profit from themselves in the public view. Respecting and liking is different as well. I admire the dedication, but he’s a dick lmao
Also people put tone's onto to anything. Just because someone was like nah i don't like Mike doesn't equate to someone hating them like how they hate n*zi*s. Like where did he pull that from??? People called him out on twitter a lot when the Lana Rhodes situation went down. He got dragged for it, idc, why should I feel bad for these millionaires because they got called out for a legitmately f*cked up situation, showed to me what he's like to women/his relationships imo. He was barely "cancelled" for it anyway because people hate sw. Hasan hates when people don't like the same people/things as him and is just as parasocial to chat expecting them to hold the same opinion or putting a tone/assumption behind their intent. Always weird and just weird how long he spent on the Mike thing. He calls chat a twitter chat when he lives and breathes on twitter, he has to get offline for a bit or take breaks from twitter
Also why should watching one podcast episode featuring a specific person make someone believe that they're's a great person/he's showing his true self online? Sounds parasocial to me.
Hasan has developed an enormous god complex (I say this as a fan), and every time someone pushes back against it and try to stick to their own morale compass he turns around and shits on them and call them "sheltered" etc. Just because he can't admit that one of his friends is a piece of shit. It's so funny that he can't see that. People have to agree with him on everything or he throws them out
Mike promoted Logan Paul's crypto scams. I think he also promoted some others, but he claims he didn't know what it was at the time, just that they gave him money to do it.
Pewdiepie is worth a lot. He doesn’t like to talk about it but I think they brought it up on cold ones and he kind of scoffed at the estimated net worth. Aside from ads and brand deals, he has all the Merch and clothes they sell. Plus his interest in investing. He is set for life and onward.
Yeah, when he stopped uploading as regularly and started focusing more on vlogs and just for fun videos, he admitted that he was pretty well set in terms of money and could go back to just having fun with RUclips instead of worrying so much about income.
@@Dell-ol6hb tbh probably just assuming it's more than he makes, and assuming massive amounts were being paid pre apocalypse, not just that more brands were involved. Also believing people who say "yeah, my mate worked for a channel that tried to work with him and he wanted $750k for 10 mins work" without scrutiny.
It's crazy to think how much worse twitch was politically just a few years ago, a lot of political streamers would like to claim credit for it but honestly i think people just grew up a little. I think its helped that the new wave of big twitch streamers have been pretty open about being on the left and willing to make fun of the right.
this video is the first time i’ve ever seen a self-harm content warning i had to click through to see the video. based on the content i am now very curious.
Lowkey Logan's original tweet apology was the best cause he was being genuine. He didn't think it was a big deal, was kinda sorry he did it, all written whilst praising himself. At least it was authentic and not a load of hypocritical horseshit in which people fake cry that we get today.
Damn, so I guess it’s better to openly be a narcissistic, and sociopathic asshole who refuses to take full accountability for his actions than to just be hypocritical and at least feign empathy

Fully agree with Hasan about Big Mike. I didn’t know anything about him until I watched the Fear& episode he was on. So much respect for him and I’m so glad they had him on
Ngl, as much as I dislike Logan Paul, it’s crazy how hard he worked to make his brand and make content. Having boundless daily energy is definitely a bankable skill. And planning, executing, editing, publishing, and promoting that content isn’t easy. Lucky for him, he could pay people for 70% of those tasks.
It's alot easier to do when you're working for yourself and traveling around. The truth is if he didn't have the support of others / being born relatively well off. He couldn't have had the time or resources to be out making content everyday.
Brother, Mike is ball deeps into logan crypto scam. Dink Donk, CryptoZoo, he kept promoting it and defending it after. You're bias because you have respect for the guy which is fine but he's still scamming the viewers.
Disagree on the whole Mike thing. No rational person expects an individual to be a saint, but Mike is Logan’s right hand man, and he actively tries to cover for Logan’s unacceptable and in some cases, down right criminal behavior
I'll never complain about the huge burst of BLM stuff people were posting all the time. I don't even think the metoo movement or women's rights have ever had that big of an impact on people. At least anyone posting it had somewhat good intentions, I hope. You don't see every creator posting support women's rights or defend the consistent sexually assaulted people. I'll say most of your circle, hasan, is mostly aware of the bias female creators get on the platform like RUclips or twitch. But there's people on the outside I can tell... For an interesting example I favored pewds when I was 20/21, but something started to click with me that he was never really a full advocate for feminism or even thought it was a real problem. I like his content now and I'm so happy for him and marzia he's gunna be a dad! I hope his views maybe changed to realizing it is a problem, but before it was more of a joke haha wahmen bad. :/

This comment should have more likes. This was honestly incredibly insightful. Just want too say thank you for taking the time to write this!
Nah Hasan is greatly overestimating it RUclipsrs were not making hundreds of millions of dollars at the time even with the brand deals, I think in the tens of millions is a more realistic range, either way it was an absurd amount of money.
i remember being astounded learning that pewdiepie had made 10mil off youtube
And you were a RUclipsr with millions of viewers, or had a friend with that status?
@@noahleach7690 I'm not specifically talking about Logan Paul, Logan Paul by now sure I'd say he's probably over the 100 million mark with all the shit he has going on, but I'm talking about Hasan's statement about RUclipsrs pre adpocalyspe making hundreds of millions of dollars, nobody was making that kind of money.
Love j Aubrey and love the top quality vids as usual
Always funny when a chatter says something so fake as " i worked at a financial institution and had access to all these famous people's financials" 😂
47:40 man this shit annoys me so bad. Chatters asking if he covered something always get so much shit as if theyr'e supposed to have been watching him all day.
For real. Just single it out the chatter like that. As much as I enjoy his commentary, this shit really irks me.
he does that all the time, idk why he expects mfer to just watch the entire stream but on the otherhand I guess it must be annoying if you're constantly getting asked the same question about something you already addressed
A big Mike stunlock.. bro glazing 😂
As a 34yo black veteran, being a recovered white drug addict doesn't make Mike a good person. He definitely didn't do anything to deserve that praise.
I'm gonna assume that any "came up from nothing" personalities online were actually from well-off families.
My dude reppin' that Jean jacket lookin' like the President and CEO of Levi Strause.
My ex bought some of those "colour blindness curing" glasses for his dad around that time. His reaction was underwhelming af lol, he was just like, yeah, nothing has really changed..
this video was the introduction to logan paul for me lmfao
I'm so jealous
1:13:21 Wtf is this? A chatter brings up a very good point, and Hasan just goes full babyrage mad. Like Hasan himself will tell you that people aren't who they appear to be online, yet he expects his chat to trust his word and Mike's online image on a single podcast. Come on, man...
Meeting someone gives you a way better idea of someone than watching a video
Hasan does this when it comes to content creators. If people don't automatically switch their opinion because they sort of apologized, then he dismisses the comment.
Hasan goes anti socialist for content creators at a moments notice. Same for Pokimane recently.
The double content warning tag when clicking this vid 🔥
Thanks for the upload! I missed the stream today. FYI I got a message from RUclips warning me that viewer discretion is advised 😬 Hopefully j aubrey didn’t get demonetised!
6:10 MY GOD this really made me think of what was happening at this time period. literally a year before or that year my best friend consistently watched leafy. different fucking universe
15:46 WHAT THE FUCK? He pulled up Bobby Halick, he's a small RUclipsr who won some fan-submitted sketch contest Jacksfilms ran like 12 years ago. I'm losing my mind
The beginning with the fake murder was so bad but so damn funny. I laughed so loud. I do comedy. I am very open. That made me laugh so hard and I don't feel bad. Lmao
4:40 that pause face is pure horror
Obviously rehabilitation is amazing etc but I disagree that I would think of Mike differently in the real world. I’m pretty sure I would find him snakey for being involved with a scam and riding so hard for a guy like Logan Paul and wouldn’t want to be around him. That’s not sanctimonious or political and no it’s not a symptom of the mindset of the left or anything. I don’t ‘despise’ Mike. I see him (at least what he’s shown to the public) to be completely untrustworthy and opportunistic.
Hasan just likes rationalising why everyone else is wrong with a bunch of nebulous philosophical terms you can't pin down to any one meaning.
@@llamaczech When 90% of the people disagreeing with you have literal brainrot and just want to fuck with you, I'd probably be just as defensive, as would literally anyone else in that position. Doesn't mean hasan has a free pass to be a dick, obviously, but can you blame him when he assumes the worst?
Idk how but the HasanAbi capital ripped your thumbnail before it even posted 💀
The creepy Logan face is from j aubrey's original video. I usually try to incorporate the original creator's work so people know who they are watching and give credit to the original video. Also that face is j aubrey's iconic and haunting signature
@@HasanReactionsfanTwo fasho I just thought It was wild how fast the fake channel is. I seen both show up on my recommended even though I blocked the other one
@@postHocErgoHelocopter there are a limitless number of hasan channels because he lets anybody upload his stuff it’s called the HasanAbi industrial complex

Now I know why Logan Paul always combs his hair forward. Ouch.
j aubrey saying "SNIFF" killed me.

shane dawson really truly called the wrong paul brother a sociopath 😅 jake is very clearly negatively emotionally effected by his life and choices - logan is not. dude's eyes are empty and his conscience is unbothered. he had to LEARN empathy performance.
kevin hart was on a logan paul video, but still not on triller xoxo
Nobody. Fuc. With Triller.
nobody’s fucking… with triller
Harvey gotta talk and work with Logan to make this finally happen!
That jacket is like 3 sizes too small 😂
My data visualization class just finished up our final projects for the semester. One student used data from RUclips for his project and when trying to graph most disliked channels and videos he ended up having to exclude Logan Paul entirely because it skewed the data so badly.
Estate bagg! What an amazing reference. Took me a second to remember who he was.
Lmao at the fact Hasan hoops with Austin Mills
mike's new addiction is defending all of logan's shit scams
He said "Go to turkey" and we all understood.
Logan gives me Trump vibes. Especially with the hair he combs forward to hide the male pattern baldness
Now that was some good soup
In that young turks video he looks like Matt Walsh LMAOOOOO
37:30 bro that’s the same defense the liver king made
Lol the dude ain't even in the room
critical support for Mike ✌️💜
The lighting in hasans room this entire video kept throwing me off.
The Paul Brothers are basically Cartman in two ppl irl...
jesus, the chatter was literally just asking the question in legitimate sincerity... why snipe it and be an asshole to them?
Now I remember why I started following Hasan the commentary on this is excellent, but chat sucks sometimes they annoying
Got a youtube warning about video containing unalive, took me a half second to remind myself why a logan Paul video would contain that warning.
Annnnd that Reddit post Hasan resorted to in order to support his idea that Pewdiepie is a 100 millionaire didn't take into account either tax (something Pewdiepie used to bitch about constantly) or business expenses (editors, game devs, actually having merch made, other staff).
It also doesn't show its sources.
anyone else think jaubrey sounds like mark rober's VOs
he does
@@juztrod2108 fucking thank you
Hasan looks so good here.
4:20 HORRIFIC PAUSE IM DEADDDD
the chat is always so braindead until Hasan explains common sense for 15 minutes.
Why is Hassan’s drip always crazy af wth
Pewdiepie is worth a lot. He doesn’t like to talk about it but I think they brought it up on cold ones and he kind of scoffed at the estimated net worth.
Aside from ads and brand deals, he has all the Merch and clothes they sell. Plus his interest in investing. He is set for life and onward.
Yeah, when he stopped uploading as regularly and started focusing more on vlogs and just for fun videos, he admitted that he was pretty well set in terms of money and could go back to just having fun with RUclips instead of worrying so much about income.
He also scoffed at estimates in a video he did looking at videos estimating incomes.
Scoffed at how much they overestimated.
It's definitely under a $100 million, idk where Hasan is getting these numbers
@@Dell-ol6hb tbh probably just assuming it's more than he makes, and assuming massive amounts were being paid pre apocalypse, not just that more brands were involved.
Also believing people who say "yeah, my mate worked for a channel that tried to work with him and he wanted $750k for 10 mins work" without scrutiny.
so all i have to do in order to succeed on RUclips is already be rich and shameless?
pretty much
It's crazy to think how much worse twitch was politically just a few years ago, a lot of political streamers would like to claim credit for it but honestly i think people just grew up a little. I think its helped that the new wave of big twitch streamers have been pretty open about being on the left and willing to make fun of the right.
That guy was there taking video for Logan.
this video is the first time i’ve ever seen a self-harm content warning i had to click through to see the video. based on the content i am now very curious.
Lowkey Logan's original tweet apology was the best cause he was being genuine. He didn't think it was a big deal, was kinda sorry he did it, all written whilst praising himself. At least it was authentic and not a load of hypocritical horseshit in which people fake cry that we get today.
Yeah but at the same time it showed how much an authentic asshole he really is as well . But I agree I rather know how they really feel and think
Damn, so I guess it’s better to openly be a narcissistic, and sociopathic asshole who refuses to take full accountability for his actions than to just be hypocritical and at least feign empathy
no SHOT logan goddamn paul has the same birthday as me.

I love how yt gave me a warning for this video after straight showing me p in shorts.
I go to the university that Logan dropped out of. it's so surreal seeing clips of him walking on campus and uptown
why is this video age restricted? there was nothing worth the 18+ label.
Probably because of the mention of japanese suicide forest
youtube flagged every video with s*icide stuff in it.
It might be from the scene of Logan getting "shot" but idk the suicide forest topic probably has something to do with it too
@@ThaGavMan999 but jaubrey blurred all parts were it's happening and never even showed 1 drop of blood.
@@solala1312 videos discussing topics of suicide or self harm can also be age restricted and one of logans main character arcs is showing the body of a dude who committed suicide so I'm pretty sure discussing that is what did it

Hasan does look better now, frfr no cap
Brother, Mike is ball deeps into logan crypto scam. Dink Donk, CryptoZoo, he kept promoting it and defending it after. You're bias because you have respect for the guy which is fine but he's still scamming the viewers.
Whys this man always seem mad mean 💀
He's into Politics and streams about 7 days a week. Always argues with the chat. This is normal
Disagree on the whole Mike thing. No rational person expects an individual to be a saint, but Mike is Logan’s right hand man, and he actively tries to cover for Logan’s unacceptable and in some cases, down right criminal behavior
Interesting a su!cide warning before this episode. Don’t remember that before the original Logan vid in the forest
I had to click yes 3 times to watch this video….these content warnings are dumb.
