How much cardio do u do, and what is the maximum amount/type you recommend when bulking?
Great video mate good motivation. I need help with cutting and losing body fat? I know it's calorie deficit but what's the best exercise for burning most calories. I really need to cut. I consume 3000 calories a day roughly.
Honestly just walking a lot does wonders! Also 3000 is wayyy too much to be consuming on a deficit! Average maintenance for a male adult is 2500 so you need to be eating less than that to cut!

I'm sorry for this irrelevant comment but this is about cue cards, how do u manage to be able to go over topics u learnt for example in year 10 using cue cards but also being able to stay on top of topics u are being taught at the time

Maingaining is good if you are super accurate with macros, otherwise I found it just took way too long to build muscle. If you aren’t worries about building but just want to tone up then deffo!
Currently cutting any advice/tips
All focus should be protein! Want to maintain as much muscle mass as possible and almost all of that is down to protein intake - the rest continued exercise
