I'm just amazed at how much collective dirt a small peice of jewelry holds.
It’s from all the polishing being done to these items. Added special effects as such 😂 the cloudiness isn’t just from dirt.

Wish I could use some of that stuff on my silver! I love watching these.
You can get similar effects to this on silver with a casserole dish full of hot water with baking soda in it and some aluminum foil at the bottom.
That sounds like a troll but it isn’t. Electrochemistry is wild. It only works on silver tho.
you can buy small ultrasonic cleaners for home use on Amazon! i use a mix of dish soap and water in mine and let a cycle run. for silver, I use silver polish first, then the ultrasonic cleaner and my silver pieces are good as new!
As someone that works in jewelry day in and day out, sad to say that just dropping a piece into the sonic with cleaning solution doesn't produce these effects. Whatever they're coating the pieces with does make for an interesting watch though.

I’ve also used a ultrasonic cleaner and cleaned some very dirty pieces. Never these type of results

Hardly at all it it's anything like mine. I try to clean everything I've worn during the week on Sunday nights but I'm usually too tired. Gold I soak everything [except opals and pearls] in glass cleaner or straight ammonia and then scrub with toothbrush, rinse and dry. Silver a swish in silver cleaner [smells terrible] then good swish in hot water with drop of dish soap, rinse and dry with a dishtowel. Steam is the gold standard tho.

It's not that it's fake.. It's just the polishing residue they polish the pieces first then they have to clean the residue off from doing so .. so yeah that isn't from normal everyday where lol

Most people think this is just dirt being blasted off the jewelry. It's actually the polishing compound and maybe some dirt.

Nah, it's just a fresh bath each time. It darkens fairly quickly, especially if you have a lot of dirty pieces going in [like when doing several polish jobs]

So, it's polish compound and residual dirt/crud being distrusted from the piece because of the ultrasonic agitating the water and solution of the bath.
The dirtier the more satisfying

This is all fake....they coat the jewel with smthing unusual to make the cloud...not real cleaning...
Probably because of the polishing compound that was used. There are various colors that are used for different brushes, metals, etc.

It's a cleaning solution made to be used in ultrasonics. While silver might oxidize if left in too long, it shouldn't harm the jewelry
