However, there was a condition: to recoup the training cost, employees who left the company within the first 1-2 years would be responsible for a portion of the expense. Conversely, those who completed their employment contracts wouldn't incur any cost. Additionally, we prioritized promoting top performers quickly, keeping them engaged and motivated to stay with the company.
