    Great episode! I wanted to add a point about the high turnover rate in entry-level positions, which seems to be a common challenge across industries different counties
    In my previous role in Saudi Arabia, I implemented a solution that involved offering training courses to new hires. However, there was a condition: to recoup the training cost, employees who left the company within the first 1-2 years would be responsible for a portion of the expense. Conversely, those who completed their employment contracts wouldn't incur any cost. Additionally, we prioritized promoting top performers quickly, keeping them engaged and motivated to stay with the company.
